As Cartwright reported, they installed sparkling new American Standard urinals with partitions between each, unlike the Cleveland Municipal Stadium troughs. They went with manual flush handles rather than the auto-flush. Didn't check the stalls.
I must say that the tilt section of Sirens Curse is very impressive as it's in very close proximity to the midway below. Also, the new entrance & queue for Iron Dragon allows one to see how empty or crowded it is when contemplating a ride. The new structure near SkyRide station where Scrambler formerly was located is a nice size stage for the youth bands & choirs to perform, replaces the one that was near the Valravn flower wall.
TT2 appeared perhaps ready to open around 4:30, good luck to anyone standing in that mass waiting. Stretched from Magnum bathrooms to past TT2 exit and back & forth several times. Had to be 3-4 hours wait.
SkyRide was not operating.....
I'll let others handle the important updates, here are some minor changes I noticed:
Snake river falls boat path is still in the pool/the very blue/green water is over the top of it. There's a fountain in the middle.
There are several new video signs at various places throughout the park advertising stuff like the app and wifi.
The frontier town stage has been updated a bit for the new Lil show.
The Swelltones car has a new Wildcats Rockabilly sticker and is parked near the BBQ stage.
There are some new bar stands near Raptor and under the corkscrew loops.
The blue roofed structure on the webcam is the youth programs stage replacement.
Several new locker banks near raptor, and under the skyride station.
The ladder climb game near Millennium has a new roof.
The Frontier Town sign that had been knocked over has been repaired.
The Barnyard has 2 of it's previous entrances fenced off and are now exit only. The gift stand was moved to the back.
Prof Delbert's animatronic is still there and has a new sign.
edit, a few more:
Magnum now has zipper pouches in the trains.
The new Shores slides pieces were laying around ready to be assembled.
The hang time game near Gemini was replaced with test your strength hammer games.
Pagoda's cashiers were moved from the center of the room off to the side
Hugos now has a meatball piadina instead of the pepperoni.
Did anyone use a Single Use Fastlane from a Prestige Pass? My understanding is there is no need to obtain a paper pass at a Fast Lane location, but the pass is scanned directly from the app. Did it work as expected?
TIA.

Interesting they removed the bins on Raptor likely to help capacity there, but added pouches to Magnum which seem to hurt capacity. I don’t see any way Magnum runs 3 trains even semi effectively anymore since we’re likely to see 10-20+ extra seconds added to each dispatch to make sure everything is secure in the pouches.
I understand Magnum is one of the most likely rides people lose stuff on, so this might be in response to that.
Raptor now could be a new leader in lost articles since a lot of people will be storing stuff in their pockets to instead of the bins. With the bins it seemed like people would throw even their phones and keys in there, which while it certainly kept people from losing articles in the ride, it slowed capacity to as bad as I’ve seen and people were getting their phones stolen from there
