The sign was put up on Friday. You can see it on the time lapse Walt did.

Is that another control booth in the front of the ride on the right side?

That's the enable booth. It faces the operator booth.
Looks like the seats will be going on today or tommorow.

I hope I don't sound stupid asking this but what's the purpose of the enable booth?

My guess would be that it enables the ride op to start the ride--if all is ready. That's just a guess (from the name "Enable Booth").
Oh, and there are no "stupid questions" in this world, but there ARE stupid answers...

You mean stupid answers as in responces such as "HERES YOUR SIGN"? By the way, I got that from Bill Engval from the Blue Collar Comedy Tour.
From the latest blog entry, it sounds like I have the two booths reversed. I won't say who told me it was the other way. ;)
Just so everybody knows (if you dont already know from checking the webcam every minute;)) Skyhawks seats are going on.

Walt, do you have a time lapse from today?

Apparently, I don't. Looks like my computer decided it didn't want to cooperate with me yesterday. We had a long talk and I think the computer now understands my point-of-view.
Does anyone know if anything else noticable will be going onto Skyhawk? Or are they just going to do electrical stuff right now?
I really don't know, but I'm sure a few things can be noticed. It's not till March when the whole area around the ride starts to make it transition with concrete, queue, and fences.
Valleyfair tested their ride only a few weeks after completion, so you never know.
