Down?

Ok this really sucks I'm not gonna lie...My family and I are/were (im not sure now) planning to be at CP on Friday, Now my family and I only go to CP once a year and my mom said if MF is not up on Friday that we arent going because we LOVE MF and since we only go once a year we might as well go while its up so does anyone know if it will be up by Friday, I've found about a million answers to my question but can you guys possibly tell me if it will be up and running on friday, it dosnt have to be running all day but at least running most of the time!

Your best bet is to wait untill either someone on here sees it running, or they put it up on the CP website that it's running. Even if we know when the parts to fix it will arrive, we don't know how long it will take them to install them and test the ride. Let alone whether or not they will be all the parts they need to get it up and going again.

First trip June 23rd

I bet you though once they do get all of the parts in they will be working nonstop day and night to get it up.

Well i bet if Tony and Tyler said that it will be up and running later this week, it will be up and running later this week, and since the week technically ends on Saturday, and Tony and Tyler should know this since they are very professional people then it will probably be running thursday or friday and yeah once they get the part in they will be working day and night to get it fixed, it would be really bad if they didnt get it up and running before the Memorial Day weekend, so I'm hping its fixed on Friday so i can go but i guess I can wait a little longer...

Just saw on the FOX 8 News at 10pm in Cleveland Wednesday.....

A mechanic noticed a problem this past Saturday and immediately shut the ride down. CP is currently waiting on parts to be delivered from oversea's.

Once the parts are in they work day and night to get the ride up and running hopefully by this weekend !!!!

Knowing my luck, they'lll get it up tomorrow afternoon , but the forcasted rain will not stop!!!!

Of all the years I have had a CP season pass, this sure has been the oddest start of the season for me. A lot of rides seem to having trouble's so far !!!

Where on the Coaster is the Mechanical Problem do they need a New Part because the MILLENIUM FORCE is my BEST Ride!!! I'll be at the POINT!!! on Friday and maybe on Saturday too.

ok on the cedar point page i noticed that daily they posted if millennium force has been open or not and i noticed that it wasnt listed tonight.

They've posted it now. Still says it will be closed for Thursday. Wish we had tracking to see where that part was in its shipping :)

Part wasn't on site Wednesday night, but word on the street is it's supposed to be up tomorrow or Friday.

Yeah thats what I'm hearing I hop I'm good to go...

On the CP website it dosnt say that its still down but its real early so I dont think it would be posted yet anyway, and when you say it will be up thursday or friday do you mean they will have it fixed and running or will it be testing?

I will be at the park today (thursday). If I see or hear anything I will post tonight. If you are going today they will most likely be moderatly busy, because it is ARC day. (American Retarded Citizens)

2008 visits = 38, 2009 = 19, 2010 = 11, 2011 = 14, 2012 = 10, 2013 = 14, 2014 = 14, 2015= 13, 2016 = 11, 2017 = 5, 2018 = 3

On the website it does say its down for today. I'm not sure what you're looking at.

Its close to the bottom right side.

If he says it may be "up" today or tommorrow, that means it will be open to the public. Otherwise he would say it will be "testing" today or tommorrow.

Really, what other rides?

Well, TTD has experienced intermittent down time. Skyhawk and maXair were closed for 4-5 days to start the season. Magnum had all sorts of problems opening day (including a 190 foot walk down). Wicked Twister was having problems when I was there (it opened really late on Sunday).

Oh man, I have never been to CP, and I will be there on 5/30 and 5/31. I cannot believe MF may be closed on those dates, very depressed, very! MF was the #1 reason why I was going. This means that I will have to go again later this year, and spend more $$$$$, just great. Well, at least I will be able to go back to the hotel room around 9:00 pm and watch the White Soxs pound the Indians into submission. See ya Tuesday and Wendesday.

Are you serious? Man, it better be up soon cause I'm going this freakin weekend!!

Yeah, really... :P

Our physics people went yesterday(they didn't go on National Physics Day for some reason.), and they were pissed because it was broken.

Who cares if its open or not. A day spent at the point is still better than a day at work/school/home.

Well, unless you're Hugh, then I guess a day at home is better than a day at the point.

I read somewhere else that yesterday they were seen replacing the motors that needed to be replaced, my guess is they wil start testing today and have it reopened later in the day and hopefully by friday...
