At dragster, these girls started singing, very loudly, happy birthday in the station to their friend (was her b-day), and tried to get the whole station to sing along. No one wanted to and just looked at them oddly. Funny, though.
My sons friend shouted Red Robin in the Disaster Transport line and the crowd yelled back....Yum!!!
Life is like a rollercoaster! It is full of ups and downs
I forget what line I was in the other day but the ride op said, ba da buh buh ba. Then everyday said, I'm Lovin' It. It was pretty funny.
Enjoy the rest of your day at America's Rockin' Roller Coast! Ride On!
I was in line for Erie Estate and some kid asked the screamster who opens the door and lets you into the house,
"Where is the toy factory haunted house?"
the screamster replies,
"Inside of the large construction dumpster inside of the construction walls."
the kid looked so confused haha
This one is kinda weird...
Person exiting pt:This used to be more intense
me: Lady, its been this way since it opened
person: No! it used to go off tracks and made you face down, plus it was located near magnum!
me: that was vertigo, differant and dead
person: Liar!
Strides off

WHAT THE HECK!!!!!!
Leave the hypercoaster alone
OK, kind of related to the comment above. I have noticed this year on Power Tower that the "down" shot is a little different than in years past. Namely, right when you take off from the starting position to head for the top. There is considerably more g-force (meaning it is accelerating at a higher rate) than before.
I'm not sure what changed but I'd bet money this is the case. It makes the down-shot (blue) all that much better than the up-shot (red).

I do relize that, thank you.
However, we were on the red side and last time i checked, power tower didn't hang from cables and make you face forward
Leave the hypercoaster alone

Some millennium force experts in line said that the drop went past 90 degrees.

Some kid in line for Millennium tonight told his friends that he came to opening day this year. He said since it opened on a Wednesday and everyone was in school he got as many re rides as he wanted. I turned around and said I was there opening day except my opening day was on a Saturday.
Let's Get Weird.
I loved this one from this past Friday: A group of kids entered the Wicked Twister line right behind my group and in our short (with no wait) walk up to the station I heard him telling his friends how this ride was the Superman at Geauga Lake. Okay, that one I've heard quite a bit so I somewhat ignored it but then he goes on to say that the Raptor used to be at Geauga Lake too (X-Flight). This is my favorite though: the Mantis used to be Batman Night Flight but they reconstructed the trains to be stand up versus the sit down ones at Geauga Lake. Wow, just wow!!
I was laughing the other day when we were heading to Mine ride and I got behind two people talking about how Mine Ride ids the biggest coaste in the park!!!

I dont get people. Where do they get this information from? Like seriously. I wonder. If those stories are not true, then where do they hear it from? Like mine ride being the biggest, or Mantis being batman once and its trains being reconstructed.
I was on the train. A lady was sitting in front of me and she was talking on her cell phone. She mentioned that she was going to go on the Mine Ride, and that she was going to get soaking wet. My thought: "Not unless it starts pouring down rain..."
I was in line for the Scrambler (I think). A girl, maybe 10 or 11, asked me if I was in line for the ride. No, really???
A few weekends ago, my friend and I got cutback early and decided to go and ride rides. Being that it was cold outside, and I hadn't expected to get sent home early, I just was wearing my blue suit jacket and a pair of jeans. While we were waiting in line for Magnum, this kid looks straight at me, he was about 13-14 years old and this is how our conversation went:
Him: Don't you work here?
Me: I do, but I'm not on the clock.
Him: *looks at the ride op and then back at me* Shouldn't you... you know, be over there?
Me: I'm not currently working.
Him: Oh, well, do you want to get in front of us?
Needless to say, I was extremely confused.
Are the majority of people so stupid? No offense or anything, and I don't mean this in a bad way, just some of the stuff people say don't even contain any common sense at all. I've always wondered whether amusement parks are just way too confusing for some people to understand, or if there are select few (like everyone on here) that knows the facts. As funny as it is, it really drives me crazy how some people are.
