I hear that there will be Freestyle machines at certain full-service restaurant locations. No idea which ones.

Where did this info come from? I thought that the info was not even confirmed yet. Am I way behind?

And to think, they could have gone with Faygo, and snagged that coveted Juggalo demographic...

The path you tread is narrow, and the drop is sheer and very high.

Somewhat off-topic: What restaurant chains serve brand name soda, but don't sell Pepsi or Coke products?

SFMM is awash with the Coke logo freakin' everywhere. Kind of spoils the attractiveness of the park. Of course that park chain is not known for tactful ad placement STRIDE GUM - THE RIDE

So to our friends at Coca Cola: Yes, every person on Earth has heard of your product. You most likely will have a soft drink monopoly at the park. Please keep the size and quantity of the adverts to a tasteful amount. Thanx!

Just say no to trims

The only one I can think of is A&W/Long John Silvers.

At least they did't pull a "CONSOL Energy Center" on us and go with Dr Pepper Snapple Group.

7Up
A&W
Sunkist
RC Cola
Canada Dry
DR Pepper

The long John Silver's by me serves all Pepsi products.

Bring in Arizona so I can buy Arnold Palmers at the park. I'll even pay $6 for it, I don't care!

The Wendy's across the street from where I work has the freestyle machine. I had grape sprite once.

I went tonight and the rain gave me a lot of time to just look around. A lot of Pepsi ads that were once around the park are missing. I think that says something for anyone still thinking it is a rumor.

This is from King's Dominion on Oct 20th.

From what I here it's new, and it looks to have Raptor and Corkscrew on it. They also had Coke machines that had this same pic on it with a Cedar Fair logo, but forgot to take a pic.

Phantom, the former paramount parks have been on Coke. It's the other parks that are still on Pepsi.

Can anyone tell me what a sponsor like Coke or Pepsi actually does for a park? Do they determine the prices at which the drinks should be sold or what?

If the park does switch to Coke instead of Pepsi, would we see a price increase, decrease, or would the price stay the same?

He said it was new. They wouldn't be making new Coke signs if they were going to be switching to Pepsi in about two weeks.

Also they would not have Cedar Point rides on the Coke signs. That was the point.

Off topic, but I can't help but thinking " Phil Coke likely to close for the Tigers," every time I see this thread. Anyway, as long as there's Coke Zero I'm happy. I prefer it over Pepsi Max.

"You turned a Coke into a Pepsi?" - Meatball from Little Nicky.

That's what I'll be wishing I could do. Don't drink pop often unless I'm at an amusement park, definitely a much larger fan of Pepsi products in general. What about Luminosity? Will it be, "Luminosity - Powered by Coke"

It'll be Luminosity - Fueled by Marathon. I've already seen signs for it.
