Referring back to posts of Oct.29,those pushy single riders did get left out. They were in TTD line,TTD stopped at 9:30pm,everybody waited,at 10:05 platform announced TTD is done for the season,go home because we can't send you to other rides because of the 'last rides' situation.

We used our Last Ride tickets for Maverick. It was a very organized process. They had a list with our names and assigned seats based on the order you reserved your spot, which meant you might not be seated next to the person you came with. Everyone was very friendly and we were able to switch seats in order to sit together. At the end they gave everyone a free ride picture, I thought that was a nice bonus!
They are already discussing making this a charity auction thing for next year though
Ah, Top Thrill Dragster...ending the season in true form. At least TTD's mechanical system can't screw up the repainting.

We were last riders on MF. Slight confusion on as to where to line up, as the voucher stated to line up at exit, but eventually we were sent to entrance. Tony Clark was our host for this, and did a great job! Jason McClure even showed up to help and visit. As stated, he had a sheet with our names and assigned seats, in the order we registered. I was impressed with my self-1st train, row 8 for myself, row 9 for my daughter. 3rd train would've been fun, but didn't ruin our good time! The free ride photo was a nice touch too! Very organized event IMO. Last day deals consisted of a nice $15 hoodie, $7.50 t-shirt & bag full of candy for $3.50! I didn't take advantage of food deals, because I was using my all season dining plan-but each time I was given the pop for free. The food lines were quite long, as (low) staff and volunteers were trying their best to keep up. Panda Express was a joke. Quite possibly 50+ people in line each time we attempted to go eat there. The last try was around 6:45. ALL that was left was plain rice (2 heaping steam pans) and some veggies-NOTHING else.....what a joke, IMO.
Keep passing the fun along!

Unsold merch goes out again next year... Unless it has a specific time/date on it, then it goes to the employee only sidewalk sale in the spring, or gets destroyed.
We once got dated shirts several years old for $2 each in the General store area on the random day we happened to visit several years ago. I haven't seen that good of a deal since.
