Cedar Point's Underestimated Rides

Touchdown

If we are going for coasters, Magnum. The ride is personally my favorite at the park, and it hardly ever has a wait longer then 30 min, and is almost a walk on at night which makes the ride 10X better.

Disaster Transport- It is a great ride. Even though the themeing sucks the ride is great and deserves to stay.

Your mom is to fat to ride TTD. said:
Ripcord! and Power Tower (red). Also Demon Drop. It scares the crap out of me but I love it. ;)

I decided to ride demon drop in May when my spouse decided he was done for rides. I thought it was no big deal but it was years since I had been on it. It was also dead so I had my own ride, no one else in the car.

I was totally freaked out and screamed a great deal.

Underrated ride and I hope it does not sell. Also another example of a ride I still ride even though an identical ride malfunctioned.

Yes, Woodstock Express! My sis and I rode it just for the heck of it, and it was actually pulling some G's. It is a fun little coaster. :)

Also dont forget, Woodstock is taller and faster then the Cedar Creek Mine Train.

Which one is the kiddie coaster now?

I would ride Woodstock Express over the Mine Ride any day.

I think DT just needs a little more love than it does now. How would you feel if someone put a big box around you and you had to sit there in the dark for a long time, getting dusty and smelly? :) Also Demon drop is a ride that I know many enjoy, but when I ride it, it really bangs me up in the back of my head! at least the drop part is a little fun.......

Gemini, it usually doesn't have too much of a line and it's really fun when they have the two cars racing. Being able to brag that you got to the station before the other train is the best feeling in the world ;).

I actually really enjoy the big wheel. Sitting at the top on a summer evening is a very nice view.

any rides that deserve to be on the chopping block?

Most people say Mean Streak or Distaster Transport, I say Mantis.

I'm going out to get some air.

Always wanted to try an evolution. I would not miss Timberwolf falls but I do miss White Water Landing.

No ride should ever be underestimated, there is something for everyone at CP, this discussion would not be taking place otherwise. Having said all that, Monster, Ocean Motion, Blue Streak & Troika are always great rides for our family at the end of the day, no lines and great fun!

We'll miss you MrScott and Pete

I've always loved Troika and Monster. Chaos isn't a bad ride either.

For Coasters, I'd have to say Wicked Twister. I always overlook it myself even but everytime I get off of it, I'm reminded of how good a ride it really is.
