I found come good pics of the Xcelerator and The footers look Exactly like the ones at Cedar Point.

Where are the pictures from inside of the fence coming from? Is C.P. releasing them so that we can speculate?...or are they from some "rogue" employee?

those footers don't match.

just because they are square dosen't mean they're the same. the footers at cedar point have 12 pins and one anchor pin. your photo had about 6 or 8, which means no match.

Well hey even though they don't match maybe it is because "these" footers are for "something" alot bigger and it may need more pins?¿? Who knows?

See here's my thoughts on it being a flat ride...

Most flat rides use cement pads, not footers. Even if it does have footers, you still have to have a loading pad. Why wouldn't Cedar Point, pour all the concrete that goes in that area at once? I don't know, I just don't think it is a flat ride. At one point I thought that they may be moving a flat ride to that spot, but what flat rides at Cedar Point have footers?

Doesn't Ocean Motion use footers? Outside of that, I can't think of any footer-based flat ride currently at CP.

I dont even think Ocean Motion uses footers. I think it just sits in between two concrete slabs, but i might be wrong.

This has probably been said before, but, there are dirt piles under the first turn on the island. Other than the dirt piles I havent seen anything.

I'm surprised you didn't point out the crane right behind the truck.....

this is a far observation, but from what I can tell, (since the webcam image is so small) is that it looks to be a tanker truck. Anyone else?? Wonna take a gander? I don't really know what a tanker truck would have to do with a roller coaster, or even why it would be in the park. but maybe someone has an idea.

To me it looks like a Truck with alot of Materials on it or some things....Or its a closed off truck....I don't think its a Tanker truck though.
