I agree the Red Garter needs a country show. Or as was pointed out to me last night, I country show during the day then a Rock show in the evening. Go back to two shows in the Garter like they used to do.
And yes the Ice Show is the same one that premiered at Knott's last year.

Why is there a note under the ice show saying "weather permitting "? That doesn't make a lot of sense to me.
I'd rather be in my boat with a drink on the rocks,
than in the drink with a boat on the rocks.
Well, when the show is jammin' and everyone is "raising the roof" they don't want any rain to get in. ;)

Doesn't appear to be any live entertainment for opening day or the first week.
It appears Charlie Brown's Funtime Frolics is the only show that first week (weather permitting of course). It is kind of odd that the Red Garter show isn't starting until the second weekend.
"Thank the Phoenicians!"
Is the ice show starting a bit earlier this year? I don't remember the ice show being open during Memorial Day Weekend last year.
This is really random, but I just wanted to point out that the park map on the website now has Dinosaurs Alive included.

The ice show isn't usually ready before Coastermania. So, it is early this year.

So Dinosaurs Alive and the new Mat Racer have been added to the park map, but the beautiful big screen is still on there.
The park map with Dinosaurs Alive and the mat racer has been there since before they announced all the improvements. The map was launched with the new website 2 months ago. They just haven't updated it yet.

Do people REALLY still say that now a days? ;)

Not really. It was the smart-ass-iest thing I could think of though. :)

I like the new word you just made up earlier today. smart-ass-iest...lol.
Anyway though, I wanted to ask a question. I know the big screen has been removed, but by looking at the art rendering, it almost looks like that screen is just being re-located? Is this just me thinking this or are they building a new screen over by Iron Dragon?
I can't even imagine how ugly the stage will look while in Iron Dragons queue.

Ideally, you won't ever spend more than a couple minutes in the Iron Dragon queue.

Funny, I can't really imagine how it's going to look either, seeing as how no human has actually laid eyes on it yet.

That's true if they go back to 3 trains.

Even with 2 train-op, I can't remember the last time I didn't at least walk right up to the bottom of the stairs.
