Berardi fries were made originally by the space spiral in days gone by. The family paid CP a premium to operate the stand. Back in as early as the 60's, most attractions and food stands were privately owned. I do believe there is still a Berardi restaurant operating in the city of Sandusky. unfortunatly, not in the park
Blue people fly sideways when it rains
People will pay a premium if the product is there. Myself for example, Busch Tampa, I never miss my sampler plate at the Zambia Smokehouse. It is some of the better park food out there, and at $15 it isn't all that cheap. Or Knoebels, don't get me started there. I eat my way through the place. When I make it to CP I go to Famous Dave's, I will not spend a dime on food in the park, it is terrible, and I drink ice water all day.
If it was terrible and cheap, it would be another discussion altogether.
So what will the name be....

Is anyone else concerned that this stage could potentially be a new eye sore replacing a worse one, or is there a blind faith in Ouimet?
I'm not sure if the sketch on the front of Point Buzz is accurate, but the metal scaffolding doesn't seem like it'd be very appealing during the day. I worry that it's going to make the entrance of Iron Dragon look like a cluttered afterthought with a random stage in the que, but Disney is on our side, right? :)
