I’m surprised no one else has mentioned this. On the CM survey, one of the questions was “Would you like Coastermania to be a 2 day event?”

Personally, I’d love that. What do you guys think about it?

I never got that e-mail yet. When did they send it?

I scanned a QR Tony was walking around with during the Maverick infield tour.

Here’s a video I shot of this year’s Coastermania:

The QR code for the survey was also on the back of the lanyards.

Evening ERT was great. Got laps on Magnum and Gemini, then queued up for Steel Vengence. Got in two (very aggressive) rides in less than 30 minutes, then went to a walk-on Maverick. Actually left a little early since we had done everything we wanted to.

Sounds like you had an almost identical experience as us. I think CoasterMania! as a whole this year was a fantastic event. The rides had very short rides during both morning and evening ERT, the weather was immaculate, and cannot say enough about the Steel Vengeance crew at night. They were busting their butts to crank those trains out. It was really impressive. I loved the pitch black Maverick tunnel at night. And while I was a little sad that TTD was down at night, it may have been for the better, as I was still recovering from those Vengeance rides...

More than anything, the whole weekend felt like a true sense of normalcy at the park, and it was a great feeling.

did anyone see anything out of the "normal" like markings? our family still has not made it up to the point yet.. too many extra cirriculars and the kids got out of school 2 weeks ago.

There are a few utility flags and paint markings in and around the antique cars in frontiertown. Those could be something, or nothing. Probably nothing.

I had forgotten there was 5:30/6:00 AM ERT for some years. That is some crazy early ride time.

I'm a big fan of the shirt this year. It's a very simple looking retro type design, and probably my favorite in years.

[IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG]On my coastermanias 1996-2021 data sheet above, I would have liked to list the ERT rides but that data would have resulted in many pages.

Added the ERT rides, what was one page is now 4 pages.
