I doubt CP would take the Swings out, but I could definitely see them relocating the Swings to the Oceana midway for the rumored boardwalk project... think into the future - there's a reason for them moving the Giant Wheel to where it is right now...

Is there reason to believe that CP would consider removing Peanuts Playground, or whatever Berenstein (sp?) Bear country is now called? It seems to me there might be a good deal of land in that area if you also consider wrapping around toward Oceana and Schwabinchin (sp?)
I'm pretty sure CP would have no problems with removing the Peanuts Playground as it's now a ghost town...

Flat rides can easily be moved. Maybe if one or two were, then a bigger space would open up.
Keep in mind, many BIG rides take up little space too...

Force, they could just send a whole bunch of crappy flat rides to MA...make a whole bunch of room for coasters :) :)

Don't worry, Clarkbar, I have NO IDEA what the park is getting...and THAT is part of the guessing fun! If I had to make an educated guess, I would bet on either a Thrust Air or a Woodie...but I would glady give up a TA2K for a Floorless...:)

I'm sorry, I meant that they would move the swan boats and the swings. They moved the Ferris Wheel, so I would imagine they would move these attractions if they were to get rid of them.

Oceana Midway and Peanuts Playground. This area could be gorgeous...the best area in the park. But it's a ghost town.
By the way, I don't think a TA2K will fit in the swan boat area. That's a ride that may have to extend in the parking lot. It's all length.
But not always... Remember S&S is just getting started w/ the TA2K. Who knows the FULL potential!

The area the net is talking about is worse than a ghost town! I walked over to DT at Coastermania and I saw 1--yes 1--guest over there. It was sad There were tons of empty rides not operating because of a lack of attraction over there. I hope they develop that area over there in some way soon.
All this Thrust Air talk..you guys talk like it's a guarantee...:( What about all the FLOORLESS and WOODIE talk...Come on, it's not over until the official word. (By the way, I would gladly trade in a Thrust Air for a Floorless)
