They sure are building alot of hype for this whatever it has to be somewhat big, this is the most hype they have built for a single ride that i can remember.

Agreed, Cedar Point has gotten really good at this. Imagine if they where this creative back in 1999 with MF or in '02 with TTD.

I just can't imagine what the future holds for ride announcements. If THIS year's ride is getting this much attention and stuff, think what it'll be 5/10 years from now. It is going to be............I can't even think of a word to describe it ;)

Sooo, I still like the Mean Streak bonfire idea.

In 5-10 years they will be teasing us like crazy for something stupid like new bathrooms haha.

Why do we think it's a woodie? Considering CP's luck with Mean Streak, I'm betting metal if it's a coaster.

Man, I leave for 3 hours and Bam! 4 new pages to read. I went to the park tonight before heading to the hotel. I got a picture of the White Lightening jug on the Polecat Pickers wagon. It was dusk and I didn't know what I was looking for until we passed the ride. This photo was the best I could to tonight.

Guys I've got a crazy idea that I know is not going to sit well. The phrase "Brewin' 2010" is used. Taken in a very literal sense that could mean being made in 2010 and done by 2011. Just something that happened to cross my mind.

Its funny, I read this forum all the time and never post anything. I find 3 things (blog, dog on website, and the video) in the last few hours. lol :)

Cedar Point hasn't done that great with theming in the past, but look at Maverick. Still havn't ridden it, but I heard that they did a great job there. So maybe the next ride will be themed too.

I do not think it will be a log flume. Why would they tear WWL down, to build a new flume a couple of years later?

I hope that it is a family friendly coaster. Something fun, but thrilling like Magnum, MF, or Raptor. While Wicked Twister, TTD, MaXair, SkyHawk and Maverick are all great for some..they are not on my list of favorites.

Please no flats. That would be a huge dissapointment.

Nope I have not. :) But I get what you are saying. I still do not think it will be a log flume. At least I'm hoping it won't be. That would be family friendly though, so who knows.

The dog on the website may be part of the old man and his dog checking things out. It will be interesting to see if images of them start popping up around millenium island.
