Didn't Honda or some other rather large corporation rent out the park about the same time last year? I know it was closed for some sort of private event the same time, but I don't remember who it was.

Three things you need to fix anything in the universe: duct tape, WD-40, and a hammer. Duct tape if it moves and it shouldn't, WD-40 if it doesn't move and should, and the hammer as the last resort.

They're expecting a huge swarm of killer bees those three days. They tend to get bad in the late summer/early fall on the lake.

That's the day that they jack Magnum back up so people don't notice that it's sinking.

Handle every stressful situation like a dog. If you can't eat it or hump it.

Piss on it and walk away.

If you've never experienced the swarms of bee's on the second Sunday in September at the Point, I wouldn't recommend it.

That and they are building all of the new coaster for 2010 on those days, so they don't want people there... ;)

There are Christian concerts at the park the first two weekends of Halloweekends in September. The park is still open as usual these days.

Now it says the park is open as usual the whole weekend. I'm glad because now I get to go.
