Interesting. But why West Virginia? I'm searching for ride manufacturers in West Virginia with mixed results. Some vague historical references to Luna Park and Ingersoll, etc.

It looks like "Crystal Rock" took the place of John Deere haha

I did the same. I googled it and yahoo search everything on Crystal Rock , West Virginia and nothing came up.

If you search Crystal Rock Cedar Point on yahoo it tells you about how the Crystal Rock Castle was turned into a Maintenance Shop in the 1950's

thats very interesting.

When do u think Cedar Point will announce the 2010 plans?

I found a link to Crystal Rock Bottling. But it mentions nothing of West Virginia or Whyte Lightning. Its and water bottling company from Vermont.

Everything in that ad has to do with the crate that was left outside of Carowinds. White Lightning, lightning striking twice, and coming from West Virginia. So this is quite perplexing......

On another note, I'm betting this will be an Intamin, and that we'll get another look at those new style boats that debuted on Pilgrim's Plunge. ;)

i'm wondering if "sponsors of family fun" is a hint as well, family fun isn't mentioned on the sponsors page, just on the blog. family ride? or is that a stretch?

Well, after looking closely at that Crystal Rock logo, I'd say that the text style looks very similar to the link at the bottom of this post, causing me to believe that this is, in fact, a logo that was made by Cedar Point.

Another section says “IZ12ENUFF”which is a hint about how 2010 will bring the park’s 13th coaster tolife. Upon a closer look one reader tells us that in this particularphase the “12E” section of it is actually painted blue instead of whitelike all the rest. In a strange coincidence one must note the onlyother location where a large blue “12E” is seen is right on the frontof the Disaster Transport building at Cedar Point.

That is what Screamscape said about the box outside of Carowinds entrance. Possibly linking Cedar Point to their new ride?

I guess the name won't be Green Monster. lol :-)

On the bottom of the page it says "A new beverage unlike any other. Coming Soon..." Now what company sponsors something with their product if it doesn't actually exist...And why wouldn't the link go to the main companies site "Crystal Rock Bottling." :-)

Bold. Exciting. Refreshing.

That sounds like a water ride, so are we back on the whole Aquatrax debate?

I am very confused, so is the new ride at Carowinds and Cedar Point both going to be named "White Lightning" ?

Also looked up the domain, it was bought just a few days ago...

I do see the Milly, I have a feeling the WV part has some connection to the Carowinds crate which says it is from WV
