CP's facebook page says, " A foot here...a foot there...a foot everywhere...". No clue on what it means though.

Maybe "foot" as in "footers"? Just a guess.

This is great! My home park KD gets a giga and not only 3 hrs. away from that is a B&M at Carowinds in 2010! Now CP is now officially getting something too! Where is CF getting all this money?!?! 2010 is going to be one heck of a roller coster vacation for me!!! Next year I am going to KD, CP, Carowinds, KI, Hershey, BGW, SF Great Adventure, and SFMM!!! Hope gas prices are lower next year

Well since the new blog talks about clues on Faccebook and Twitter, I would assume that the little Aquatrax comment was some sort of a clue.

It could also mean that there is something "a foot" (going on) in many places all at once. Maverick's site was a lot more accessible from Perimeter road and allowed for work to progress throughout the year. With the work being more centralized in the park, it seems unlikely that they'd be able to get much done with the park being open daily. That being said, I wouldn't expect to see much more work on the island until the park is closed during the week for Halloweekends.

I could be completely wrong too. We just don't have enough information yet.

I'm just glad to hear that they're definitely doing something.

Maybe they're talking about a floorless coaster, or the longest in the world, or the tallest, or random footers. This is so confusing....

Intersting thing here. Notice how the area of interest is now overgrown with green? I wonder if they poured the footers earlier this year before this season and let it grow over so none of us could see... Just a thougt.

Doubtful, as the excavation work required to pour the footers would have left easily noticeable areas of completely barren area, making it easy to see them.

It was not overgrown at the beginning of the year. I have seen many photos taken by other people throughout the year. I don't remember seeing any footers.
