Have you ever gotton a rollback?

I rode it twice more earlier this week - no rollbacks... So now I'm 1 for 3... I didn't see any rollbacks all day.

Saw another rollback while in line the other day. Total while on TTD: 1

Total viewed while waiting for TTD: 4

I saw 4 when I went to the park last weekend.

Oh wait, we're counting how many we've seen? I rode three times opening day TTD's first season and never rolled back. the two trains before my first ride rolled back twice each and the train after me rolled back three times. What are the chances :(

I can't tell you how many I saw that day... maybe 30?

i get two rollback in july 2 2006 was raining and may 2005 was cold. top thrill dragster was down due to broken down for 2 hours. may 2005 i was wearing my Hooded Sweatshirt and black leather jacket. i love it the rollback.

Nope, never had one. I've only been on Dragster 4 times, but the third time was pretty close.

Yes to tell you the truth. I lived better than not rolling back. (I still like TTD better than WT)

I have been on dragster a total of 20 times this summer and my 1 rollback was on ride number 8. It was awesome.

I was also the first full train launched that day.

Aw, I was only able to ride three times this summer and so far... First time I went was a school thing and my group mate is afraid of pretty much any bigger than Gemini, but second I got on twice for my first two rides ever!! Then third trip I was only able to go once as she couldn't fight the wind that started as I was just about to get into the train. I believe we were next before they unloaded the four trains they had waiting... Never did see 'er back up that night. Still a good ride!! And the start of an obssession!!

I definately am, man, I got my wallpaper as Dragster, I'm constantly thinking about CP because of anything slightly Ohio related... I'll see a Mercury Milan, duh, Milan, a Lincoln Zephyr or Ford Fusion, based on the Milan, and start freaking out. Don't ask!

I've been one for adrenaline and the like for a while now, especially high acceleration rates, going back at least to a couple years ago when riding in my grandma's friend's X-type and loved the darn thing. Naturally, Dragster was only a matter of time before I actually thought of going for it. Nervous, yes. Pleased? Hell yeah!!

I can only dream of ever getting up to 133 rides though... And a rollback? That'd make my day, heck, my life :)

I was lucky enough to have 2 rollbacks in a ROW! Today I was on the front seat of TTD and for a minute there on the second one, I though we were going over or going to be stuck at the top, but we just came right back down.

3 launches, 2 rollbacks. not bad stats since I've only been on dragster about 7 or 8 times....

Also my friend got a rollback a little after me. Pretty sweet...

I'm still in shock about this one. Here's my situation on Sunday, 10/22.

I get in the station, left side. I'm in line for the second row and I notice I have a three train wait. I take a look at the front row and they have a four train wait. Of course, waiting two minutes longer for the front row is the obvious choice I took. So I switched lines. I wait about 10 minutes and I'm next in line. Just as I begin to enter my seat, the last train to load got a rollback.

Now, it took only a few seconds to figure out, if I wouldn't have switched lines for the front row, I would have gotten my very first rollback. But no, I had to be greedy and grab a front row seat.

Of course, this was a win win situation. Front row seat is never a bad thing, but a rollback would have been a great way to end the season.

I can't believe this happened. This was around 6:15pm.

Oh, the irony. Ya thought you'd get something better and passed up a rollback!

Sorry you missed your rollback Craig. I think I was also in the station at that same time. The gates opened, and we started to load the train, as the train that launched rolled back. Before getting buckled in, we were asked to step out of the train and back into the queues.

Of course I did get another rollback later Sunday night, so no complaints from me. :)

With three rides on Sunday, I also got reminded why I love the ride so much, after a 4 month break since I last rode the ride. I was very tired from the little sleep and long drive in the morning, I got one ride on TTD and I was up for good. The launch gets me every time.

Only been to CP once and it was this summer. I saw about 15 rollbacks in 2 days. I never got one out of my 5 rides.
