^ I believe "IntaRide LLC" is Intamin's partnership name type thing. It's like how Cedar Fair's is Cedar Fair LLC.

Hmm, actually, it says it's based in Maryland. Maybe that's just Intamin's division that builds in the US or something.

Its the US division of Intamin. They've just never marketed a ride under that name before.

95 degree drop, thats gonna be so fun. 12 riders per train, doesn't sound to fun, but the real train specs aren't out yet so who knows. Everybody has been wondering and speculating over the last few months, and finally here it is. This ride looks so fun, and creative. I can't wait to ride it.

Thanks guys on clarifying the Intaride thing. After I read the article at cleveland dot com, I looked for intaride dot com and it came up with some motorcycle company. I figured the newspapers used spell-check and didn't have Intamin in their dictionary, but had IntaRide in there an said, oh, this must be it.

Alright, a summary of the ride itself, paraphrased from the Register/Plain Dealer articles:

First Hill: LSM powered, 105 feet, 95 degree drop at 57 MPH
3 inversions: 2 corkscrews, 1 zero-g roll after the pond turnaround
Launch: Under the station, 70 MPH
3 cars, 12 riders per train
Cost: $21 Million
8 airtime hills (that's according to the article, I don't personally see that many unless they're counting the first hill + inversions as hills)
2:30 duration
Lots of theming!

And yes, there is a Stengel Dive over the canyon. :) The only thing that hasn't been made clear is if the launch under the station is also LSM, or if it's a LIM like Wicked Twister. It's also looking like the entrance to this thing is going to be on the side by the Antique Cars, as there's going to be a bunch of water where the old WWL queue stands right now.

If Walt doesn't like this being posted yet he can uhh...e-slap me.

Intamin AG is the "manufacturer" but IntaRide LLC is the "supplier".

Let's not get the two confused, they have two totally different responsibilities when it comes to manufacturing a ride. Intamin AG still designed the ride, IntaRide LLC supplied the ride to the park.

I know one thing's for sure, I wouldn't want to be one of their accountants.
