Ride on, MrScott!
From the video posted, it ends before the train gets back to the station. It looked like to me it was heading outside the current project area, will have to wait and find out later I guess.
I'm liking that mid-course launch though! yeehaw
^^ Yes there may be a link but thats what someone recorded.. and you can tell by the last frame that they recorded it from youtube
^^ It just turns right and heads back into the station, you can clearly see it when it goes under it for the first pass.

wtf mate. what in the Hizzle just happened. So is this now officially maverick or was someone playing a joke?
Looks like Screamscape did have the goods afterall. Hence explaining all of the immediate censorship and deleting of posts.
I wonder whats gonna take place in the tunnel before you get shot out at 70 mph

There is a newpaper article out there confirming that it is indeed "Maverick".

Walt - would a summary of the Register article be fine to post? Like just a list of specs, I wouldn't copy anything word for word.
I think it's funny how the "buzzkill" poster keeps adding a "z" to his or her name everytime they start a new thread with the video in it.
I think I have the gist of what's goin' down. Night all! Have fun!

So if this is it, i think its gonna be pretty cool. The inversions are pretty tight and I cant wait., But I hope there is something differnet.
Well, good nite everyone. Many thanks to those gettin the word out and to those who keep this awesome site up and running.

AxeMan, I would say if you posted it as something you read somewhere and paraphrased it you'd be safe...but that's just the legal side of me speaking.
You could say...I think i read somewhere that it's going to have a 105 foot first drop at a 95 degree angle with 3 inversions and lots of twists and turns..then shoot riders through a 400 foot tunnel at a top speed of 70 mph...you should be ok.
Oh, also that it will feature steam-era style “trains”

Just watched the "illegal" video...ride looks sweet, but seems like capacity will be low...12 riders/train.
