News: Cedar Point adds Project 2007 webcam

This is awesome! I think it's only a matter of weeks until it is announced now.

Or months.

It's in a very good location, too.

I'd rather just have the real announcement, I couldn't give a hoot less about a webcam... I have better things to do than watch a picture change on my screen every 60 seconds for hours on end.... no offense to those of you who do that...

I like how on the blog T&T say that they like surfing the internet and seeing all the crazy ideas we come up with.

Even though they are just now posting the webcam on the site, I remember seeing a picture of it very early on in the construction. They have probably been saving pictures for time-lapse for months. So hopefuly they told them a few months ago.

Hopefully they're using a different camera for the lapse, otherwise they'll only get about a half-day's worth of usable video each day.

I do timelapse when im not at the computer. I set up snag-it 8 and come home pop in in flash and watch what happened in the day in a minuet and a half :)

Anyone else find it interesting that they said:

Notice they said SMALL site. Could this mean that the site will be expanded after the 06 season ends?

I think it implies more that the full construction site is what we see now, and it is indeed relatively small...

A webcam? Come on, just announce it already!!! I dont care about another cam, it just changed after 60 seconds. At least make it a cam that doesnt just take pictures...
