ANyone remember how much earlier than the announcement the "TTD Cam" went up?

I seem to remember it being months, but if this on isnt a record breaker, could this be the "Maverick Cam" in the next week or so?

I think they are going to tease us for a few more months untill they announce it, they just wanted to get us all excited in august only to be disapointed.

The big announcement they were going to make in August was the announcement of the new webcam... ;)

My guess is an announcement during bonus weekends in September. It would be great for free advertising for not only the new ride but also can mention the park setting up for Halloweekends and it's new attractions.

I hope they gave a heads up to the construction workers so we don't see anyone watering the bushes.

Just kidding. It'll be nice to see what is happening there. Too bad it isn't mounted on Mean Streak so there'd be a better view.

I think the picture quality will get better in the afternoon, just as Skyhawk's is better in the morning, based on the sunlight.

I wonder if it is aimed at a future lift hill, launch area... whatever.

I still find it funny that they still dont want us to believe that it is a roller coaster. ;)

IMO I like the quality of the Midway cam rather then the Skyhawk or the new "Guess what this is cam" just seems like a better picture to me.
