if all goes good with the state.

From what I've heard, that should be a capitalized, bolded, underlined and italicized 'if'. Apparently NJ is not one of the "quickest" states when it comes to opening amusement rides, especially after incidents.

TTD had closed a day or two prior to the KK incident and was said to be waiting for a part to come in from Europe.

Everything that was said around that time of closure indicated that the closure was a coincidence and not at all related to KK's problem(s).

Oh yeah dont get me wrong the state took a while to ok it the first time. and now that they had a problem that could have hurt people really bad i am sure the state will be slow about it. Does anyone know how long it took Ohio to pass Dragster?

I'd say pretty fast since it opened on time.

"How do you know?"

Well, Jeff is somewhat in the know and I've heard this before from him, so I tend to believe what he says.
