Yea it was fun and even though the pay sux the parties in our apartment were great although I was talking to someone in the employee management meetings and she said quiet hours in housing are going from 2am to midnight for 2008. If that happens all the fun will be lost. Don't they know that we need that time to release out anger that the dumb guests cause us.
There are several reasons why I came back for three seasons. Like others, I really enjoyed the people I worked with and the opportunity to meet people from all over the US and the world. Cedar Point is a workplace where you can interact with a ton of people and where everyone is clearly interested in making new friends. While CP wasn't my highest paying job, the amount of hours I worked balanced it out with other jobs I had, and the friendships I made aren't something I could put a price on. Another reason why I returned is that Cedar Point is a unique attraction in of itself. Having also lived in Rhode Island and Arizona, there are no amusement parks of CP's caliber in these regions and working at CP provided an experience that I wouldn't get by working in my town. There are few other places to work where you can visit an entire park with rides for free at your fingertips during your days off, work with alot of your friends, live with your friends as well, and have a bar where everyone hangs out within walking distance of where you lived. Another reason why I liked working at CP is the laid back social atmosphere I encountered. People from all walks of life worked there, and no matter who you are and what your background is, you can find great friendships and acceptance at CP. You don't need to fit a certain mold to succeed at CP, and I found (at least in my dept.) that almost everyone is behind you if you it give your 100%

Wow, where do I begin with this. I'll be at Cedar Point for many seasons to come, because I love the people, I love the job, I love the park, I love everything about that place. I made the choice back in December of 2005 that I wanted to work at an amusement park, and live out my dreams. It was the best desicion of my life, because I met some great people and I learned a great deal about myself in the process.
Definitely not enough room on this board to put down all of the reasons why I am coming back, but most people who are coming back already know why.

2007 Every Ride in the Park
2006 Cedar Point Ride Whore
All I know is parties in 728 until 6am and then going to work at 8am is something that I miss in the off season.
I loved working at CP so much. I met some of the greatest people I have ever met and had amazing experiences. My friends were there for me no matter what and made this summer the best of my life. I loved working on the rides seeing peoples smiling faces. I learned so much this summer. I finally overcame my fear of rollercoasters this summer. I cant wait to go back next summer

Hi, I'm coming back because there's no better place to work in the summer than Cedar Point. For the 2007 season I was a TL in the Pagoda gift shop, that was awesome. Although I'm at the Point for a bit longer than most, March thru November, it has'nt even been a month since I processed out, and I already miss it! I'm looking forward to 2008, have a great, and hopefully short winter! GW
After working for Disney, I will never work for Cedar Fair again. Besides the fact the my internship pays $16/hr. Being a supervisor there I made less then half for way more work. I am signal 8 forever.
