You'd think that since McCain (who was "lucky" enough to marry into a massive family fortune) has voted against the GI Bill and funding for veterans, fewer would support him.

Why wouldn't they? The master stroke of the Republican Party has been to convince millions of people to vote against their own self-interests.
Then again, think of whom has been convinced. I believe it was Dewey (the philosopher, not the 1948 GOP presidential candidate) who said, "Not all idiots are conservatives. But most conservatives are idiots."
Just 'cause I want to uplift the tone of the conservation. ;)

I can only thank God you're too young to vote.Glad to see the standards in our schools has depreciated to almost nothing now. Wouldn't have anything to do with our teachers receiving substandard pay and not giving a crap or anything, huh?
If only I could vote, because if I could it would be McCain/Palin! So you served for four years and are voting for Obama, who basically wants to pull troops out of war that we are already in the middle of? Yeah smart. Higher taxes? Vote for Obama. So much for his plans to help this economy right?
Latest tracking polls also show McCain taking a big lead!
