I've been really excited for the new houses for a long time now. I think most people are going to be really impressed by what they've done. Less than 2 months to go!

While the header picture looks good I still think they need to update the two pictures down near the "Monsters Needed" part..99er.. aren't those first year shots? hehehe

I wonder if they realized their mistake yet? Its G.A Boeckling who was the head of the park. Not G.E Boeckling.

2003 is when they were taken. Still should be changed because those two were not the best of employees. But the shots were taken by a very familiar face in this community (well, use to be familiar).

Somehow I think it will just be the name. Mainly because I don't think the park will dig to much into its own history to try and tie that into the maze. Plus Boeckling didn't really have much of a horrific history so it would have to be manipulated a little. I do however think that they will decorate the hotel with images of Boeckling. They would go good with the decor considering some I have seen of the man are already creepy looking.

I was thinking of something along the lines of a small audio preview (a minute or 2 in length) before entering the maze that quickly describes Boeckling's history and tells a made up story that will tie into the haunt.

Great idea, but doesn't sound like something Cedar Point can pull off (yet). They just need a few more good minds behind planning.

That's sad too, cause I have a few good ideas how to make it work.:)

It's a typo and has been fixed. Besides, you weren't supposed to be snooping on this page until later!

I think they may have actually been 04, I remember these people from my first year, and I don't think either of them did it in 03.

It would only work for the first week. Then the speakers will be blown out. :)

When I worked at a haunted house before coming to Halloweekends, it was like a haunted cruise ship. And we had the guests walk into a room where they met a concierge sitting there that took there names and rang a bell and a bellhop came through the wall and led them into the start of the haunt and disappeared through another wall. It helped set a good tone and it helped the whole idea of being on a cruise ship more realistic. Even something like this would be cool, where the concierge can give a small spiel and then the bellhop finishes it off.

It was sarcasm because Jeff is always saying CP overloads the speakers and that is why the sounds in TTD and Mille's station sound like crap.

Yeah, that would have helped. Plus they upgraded Millenniums station speaker this year anyway. It's far better than the crap of a speaker it had before.
