What do you miss the most?

I miss stepping out of the car, hearing the music at the front gates and listening to the screams of the riders.This may sound cheesy, but i also miss the "Welcome to the Raptor" recording.

The DDR Extreme machines and the crowds that I was able to attract. Sure I have Konamix on the PS1 and burnt copies of the imports 3rd, 4th, and 5th Mixes, but nothing beats having a crowd of 40 people around you cheering when you finish a song. I have had people video taping me and taking photos. This is only because I'm a GOES and seeing a person of my size do well at songs that aren't beginner seems to really attract people.

I miss getting to work and test riding raptor everyday, i miss all the fun i had w/ my crew, and i pretty much miss everything about cedar point.

I wish Cedar Point still had the Pirate dark ride that was always cool.

This is what we miss about the summer, not rides from years ago.

I miss the innocence of my first summer. I miss the group of girls that I ran around with that year. Nothing in my second summer even compared to those times. I miss the feeling you get when your TL gives you a surprise cutback on the hottest day of the summer. I miss all the awesome people that I know I'll never see again. I just miss how easy life is when I'm there!

I miss speed walking downt the midway at 7:45 am shoveling down pop tarts to satisfy my stomach until break. I miss morning test rides, and rotating into controls on the hottest day of the summer. I miss writing notes on the freeway sheet i.e. "it's sooo hot sitting here, i want to go home." I miss going to the park with my crew to ride, and how horrified i was when they took me on the drop side of power tower my first time. I miss the other millennium steph, and my TL dana. That is what i miss the most, everyone i met this past season...it's so hard to be away.

Morning test rides, and getting soaked when you're the front-seat test rider and they throw a jug of water on you as the train comes into the station on Swing 3. "Wiiiicked". Wicked Downtime. Ride Nights. "I need me some Mmmm, Force". My crew. Cheese Tortellini day at the Caf. Seeing the park from an entirely new perspective. The big power outage of '03 and the Raptor Crew. "Clear, Launching in 3, 2, *woosh*... heheh, 1."

And of course: Stupid guests: "Wicked Twister is currently down for mechanical reasons. We do not know how long this delay will last, at this time we suggest visiting other rides and attractions and checking back with us later today." "So, how long till you're open?" "*sigh* Wicked Twister is currently down for mechanical reasons. We DO NOT KNOW how long this delay will last..."

I miss eating at Silver Dollar, what fun to have a foreign actor come and take your order. I miss the acceleration of Top Thrill Dragster, even Wicked Twister will fulfill me right now. Or the never absent anticipation atop the 240 foot power tower turbo drop.

I could post a million times on this topic. "you know you love it way more than you hate it..." fity cent was right... as much as I say I hate being there, I love it fifty times more. The good times outweigh the bad times by far! I miss that wonderful feeling of knowing that no matter how miserable I feel on a certain day, there is ALWAYS someone who makes that day great. I honestly can't remember a truly horrible day. God I love that park!

I miss the rides, the fun, taking a day off from work. I wish there was a way to enclose the whole park in a big building and open cedar point up the whole year. It would take care of the thunder storms in the summer and the coldness in the winter, that is what I wish for.

Hahahah... no... we need those thunderstorms in the summer.

I love it when it storms at CP....as long as there are no rollbacks or setups because of it...but those events test out the leadership pretty good. i love it when we have to power down and take shelter....a good storm can really break up the day

I miss all my friends, thats what i miss the most.

I miss everything!!!! Getting out of the car after the 3 hour drive. Running to the gate and wait to get in. The thrill of the first ride in the morning. And the last ride of the night, last seat on Milli. I can't wait till this summer!

I miss the warmth.
