All this talk about the webcams got me to thinking about all the different places they've been located. See if you all remember or can add to this list I've come up with.
MF construction (I specifically remember one cam that was aimed at the entrance/exit of one of the tunnels- I think it was aimed at the entrance to the first one but I could be wrong)
MF Layout
Main Midway (called Demon Drop Cam)
TTD Construction a.k.a. "Peeing-worker-cam" (which later stayed in position to show riders exiting)
Top of TTD
TTD Station
TTD looking down at the queue
Wicked Twister (where we all came to know and love{or hate} Twistee the spider)
Maxair
Current midway cam
Mav station construction
new Mav station construction (slightly tilted to the right)(current)
Pond cam showing the layout (current)
This ain't no book you you can close, when the big light hits your eyes. Cropduster-Riot Act-Pearl Jam
^Dont forget Skyhawk midway 1&2 and the Skyhawk overview from SRF(now the pondcam).
I'm starting to think the fence doesnt go along the whole property. I'm thinking it goes up to the end of the first turn (where the track is the closest) and starts again at the bottom-out of the bunnyhill....as seen on the webcam. If you look closely, the fence goes under the stengel, and extends to the bunny hop (which they've enclosed). I think that whole area is open in terms of the view from the train......which is great! *** Edited 4/9/2007 4:36:21 PM UTC by TTD 120mph***

I'd love to see something like this happen to the heartline tunnel.

Wow, it looks great. Nice to see some live close-up images again. Also good to see they turned the station cam slightly to the right - that finale looks insane! :) Can't wait...

Why do they have fences around the bunny hills?
There are fences there to protect any area where the trains come close enough to the ground to have the ability to hit someone. They are ment to keep anyone out for safety reasons during the operation of the ride.

No, they are there because of the building code. They have to have them, no questions. They're there to protect workers (who could be inside the containment fence) and guests who may "wander" inside.
Look on Millennium Island. There are fences there too. There's no way to get out there unless you swim out. LOL!!
The "low zone" fences are all very much for safety and can be found anywhere a ride gets close to the ground. Even in those "hard" to reach areas.
Millennium Island
Back half of Mantis
Iron Dragon
Etc.
It is for the safety of everyone who works there and any guest who might accidentally wander off.
As for the webcams, isn't the "station" camera on top of a construction trailer? If so it MUST move by opening day.
