Web Cam Activity and Testing..Oh My!

maybe the site wasnt working because they were testing because the web cams were down also. they might wanna keep it a secret??? just a shot in the dark though-dont take this a all credible info

hmmmm... i remeber you told me these speculations yesterday "hi"... maybe they are... and did ya see that when they turned the cameras back on, there just happened to be a medium sized peice of machinery sitting in front of the web cam, partially blocking he station??? hmmmm....

Why would they launch in secret? we know what is going on and there are three different cames and you can't really hide a launch from the power tower cam! CP is not gonna launch in secret, maybe if they launched at night then yes that would be but not in secret during the day. CP has not much left to hide on TTD, launching is not something they are gonna hide.well for the past few hours the cams have been up and haven't seen much go on except that they took the trains off of the transfer tracks.

they took the trains off the transfer plus the trains have been moving through the station- they h ave to be testing because if the trains move positions- i dont think they could send them through the station backwards so they have to send them forward-through the whole track-just a theory-might actually be whats goin on

The kicker wheels move the trains back and fourth, alll the way back to the furthest brakes up to the launch., so yes they can move the trains around from front to back with out launching over the top hat

srry i dint know that thanks for the info-but just one other ? how would the trains change orders in such a short period of time-although they do have the transfer track -it just seems weird

All trains are now parked on the parking track... Maybe they are preparing for a first single-train test??

i don't see them on the tranfer track, i am looking at the Power Tower cam, although i do have my resolution way way way up lol i think i could still see a train on a transfer track lol :)

I see one train from the PTcam on the brakes... it´s so far back in the brakes, I´ve never seen that before... does anyone konw how it got there??

The new pictures really were nice to see, but nothing we didn't already know.

*Really nice picture of the grandstands and how close they are to the launch. Bright shiny metal benches w/ backs...should be fun

*landscaping bushes next to the turnaround is coming along beautfully.

*Entrance plaza is being put together. Looks like it might have some of those flags going in soon too (just like WT)

*and a close up of red & green trains sitting on the maintenance track

But you should check it out yourself.

<EDIT> You can also see the tunnel. It is rather short compared to what I was expecting, but it still looks pretty cool. </EDIT>

i think that that tunnel might go underground from what i have heard

So much for that new wall being a gift shop. Maybe they are gonna plant something in there.

I don't think the tunnel will go underground because of the low water table. However, I do think the one that is in the pic might get longer, or there will be another one near the station.

Most likely what you are seeing in front of the ground cam is the construction of the winner's circle that is going to be in that area. And just to back what Neo said, the giftshop will be called "Speed Zone", but there won't be a new building for it.

I don't think they are done with the tunnel becauseI would expect the tunnel to end the same way it started but that's just my idea. Hopefully we will find out soon.
