I just went to the webcam and saw that it was NOT a hut, my BAD. Yo Hammond calm alittle, this is a message board anyone can type about anything they want.
Ride-on
Yo Rippin. I am calm. Just a bit annoyed. If I wanted to yell, I would have used caps lock or made my text bold. LIKE THIS!

Jason's right - we don't need to know every time a worker tightens a nut or picks up a hammer. If they add some track, let us know. If they do anything less exciting, don't.

Think of the "X" style cars without the 4D rotation. You're sitting outside the track rather than on it or under it.
There's nothing wrong with it, just that these have been discussed almost constantly for the last 2.5 months. I'm surprised you've missed that discussion (seems every thread SOMEONE brings them up).

ok, thanks. I've read a lot and seen the words but never seen it explained. Been on this at Magic Mountin.

They're buildings with angled roofs so that precipitation (snow/rain) flow off rather than piling up and causing the roof to collapse?
Goodbye MrScott
John
Understood, but I think it only slopes to one side because the track will need to go right next to it like on WT. plus both buildings are aprox. the same size.
My guess for the set of parallel supports (http://www.pointbuzz.com/Gallery.aspx?i=5046) is that they could be for a lift hill or just a regular hill, i.e. Expedition Geforce (http://www.rcdb.com/ig977.htm?picture=18). Notice how the supports start out A-frame and then go vertically down with track going underneath it as well (same as the supports going under Project 07's parallel supports)
I'm not saying its not for a launch or a station, but my prediction is a lift hill with track crossing underneath.
The huge batch of footers in the center might contradict me though. haha

I saw that little hut, I am thinking a small secondary control station.

That would be an awfully cramped vacation, I hope you would be at the park most of the day.;)
R.I.P. Mr. Scott
ejones, i'm going to have to agree with you. As I said in another thread, the small opening that's one mortar line down from the large opening will actually be underground and have the electrical wiring running out of it.

I had this dream last night that common sense prevailed in online communities. Sadly, that dream is looking less and less possible every day.

Hopefully you're not referring to my post and it's apparent lack of common sense. One-it was a dream. Two-this coaster isn't going to be more than 40 feet off the ground so it better do something else interesting. Three-who cares? Why do you care so much that people are guessing outlandish ideas? What if they turn out to be true? What if they don't? It's not like it even matters. This is supposed to be a discussion about the future ride, which includes guessing what it might be, and there is absolutely NOTHING that says that a coaster that drifted is impossible right now. I never said it was likely I just said it would be interesting. My suggestion to you would be stop getting distressed about people and their apparent "lack of common sense in forums" and laugh about it. That was the original intention of my post, and since the intention of this forum is for discussion and enjoyment, let's try to keep the fun to a maximum and just chill out.

If it were a station, I'd say maybe at the very end of the ride, you go around that banking we see under those tall supports and into the station from underneath.

Hmmm... Nope, I don't feel any better. Good suggestion anyway, though.
