Update - 5/20

These pictures are great Walt! I just thought it was the weirdest thing last night i was looking at the constuction pics as you were uploading them, becuase everytime i changed the picture there was like 2 more pictures added, it was really odd!

Anyways...

Thanks to walt and ll other pointbuzzers for taking these great pics of the Project 2007 site and staging area, if it weren't for you guys i would be going nuts!

It's two pieces of triangular track. I saw it myself, and I checked the pictures I took. Like TTDMan said, it's not box track.

I agree, it is definentally not a box track, it just kinda looks that way because of the grass blocking the beams on the bottom.

Well i was wrong it is a triangular track. I think the are sending track little bits at a time. We will likely to see the rest of the track to apper when soak city closes.

I just drove through the park this morning. It looks as though there are pipes coming out of many more of the footings. Other than that, it all looks about the same.

They're just so construction crews know where the footers are. The tops of them have been marked with red.

I'm really suprised that with all the track that is on site, we haven't seen any supports show up. I would think that they would start showing up.

The track isn't on site. It's being stored near the Breakers Express.

It's more on site than say.......Switzerland. It's at least CP owned land.

Looks like alot of people got over and rode the train yesterday! :) Let's all keep up with the increased ridership! :)

Is the one train running thing going to go on all year? Or do they run two on busier days?

I know I will ride it more this year.

During peak days they'll run two trains. They've been refurbishing the other set of coaches, so that may have played a role in it as well.

Don't know if it's been posted already, but RCDB has officially added CP's 17th coaster. It's 'unknown' at the moment, but it's a great sight to behold nonetheless.
17 coasters, here we come. :D
