Update - 5/20

New updates are up in our 2007 Watch section.

Funny thing happened as we were riding the CP&LE. A couple of groups behind us were discussing the project. Right before we got off, one person told the other group about PointBuzz, mentioning the frequent updates. It was a tad surreal. :)

Also, I finally got the time-lapse camera right. :)

Here's the really surreal part. I think that might have been me. What were the ages in this group?

Quick question....what building is the time-lapse camera placed on?

That little building at the end of the CP & LE R.R. Frontiertown station.

Aha. See, I thought that was a lift camera on Mean Streak that had always been there, I just couldn't prove it. :) YAY I'm not going crazy... too much at least

I didn't turn around to look. But it would have been when the train was pulling into the Frontiertown station at 2:15 p.m.

Although it may appear that way from a distance, if you look closely at this pic: http://pointbuzz.com/Gallery.aspx?i=3728

it looks more like two pieces of triangular track sitting side by side.

^ It's a really hard to tell either way.

I agree, it's not box track. It's 2 triangular pieces that are close together.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that it is indead a box track. But I could be wrong. Only time will tell.

It is NOT box track. If you look closely you clearly see two distinct circles on the ends on the track pieces only common with triangular track.
