That said, I'm not sure I'm willing to consider it "fair use." There's a fine line, and they're standing on it.

If they were using their own picture (which clearly is impossible), that would be o.k. However, I don't beleive they can use images taken by Cedar Point itself (without the company's consent).
Anyway, it was worth a smile, but nothing to write home about.

Whether you thought it was funny or not, I believe the subject being discussed on this topic violates this statement. I've sent a message to Cedar Point regarding that website. I think I'll let them decide what to do.I personally, as I've mentioned already, find this totally offensive.
Were you the same kid that reminded your teachers they didn't give any homework? Don't you have something more constructive to do with your free time? You know, I'm sure there's a concert or something you could go to, unless of course you would like to alert the police about someone jaywalking.

Yep, that's actually it -- it's Photoshop Phriday on that site, showcasing user-submitted modified images. Wow, this thread is really long... I submitted the link with the intent of showing how popular TTD is. (For someone on a non-coaster site to make a parody of a coaster, it must be pretty popular.) Sorry if you were offended by it; I've seen much worse.

That said, there is a fine line, as Jeff mentioned. For example, the recent parody of Gone With the Wind told from the point of view of one of the slaves, while also clearly a parody, was pulled from the shelves as it was deemed to have crossed that line.

SOME PEOPLE TAKE THINGS/THEMSELVES TOO SERIOUSLY.

"Parody law?" Hahahahaha. What the hell are you talking about? That's just making stuff up.
The concept of fair use, as it has been interpreted in the courts, includes the use of come portion of copyrighted work for the use of criticism, review, parody and the like. How far they can take that, however, is often left to the ruling judge. Again, it's a fine line.
Now those of you getting your panties in a bunch should consider the pursuit of a hobby.
