TTD Dreams

I don't know if this is sad or funny - but I did have a dream with Dragster in it. I was in line for Dragster, and it was a virtual walk-on. That's all I remember now.

The sad/funny part: When I woke up, first thing I thought to myself was, "Jeez! How un-authentic! First, the line should be on the other side of the station..." and so on, and so on... :-/

Man! You all have amazing and CRAZY dreams! I didn't have one of Top Thrill yet though.

I had a dream about Magnum instead. Magnum was really wobbly and the trains weren't held to the track. They hopped up and down the hills. I was sitting in these stands around the Magnum and it was getting really dusty. Then the Magnum fell apart. Then I left CP at the back entrance.

I had a really weird dream that it was just my sister and me waiting in line talking about space, then we climbed abord the single car which only held like 8 people. It was at night and there was all this orange glowy stuff around me. We went forward for a minute then this string thing went across our laps. The we shot up in the air, not screaming, but talking about her upcoming wedding. Then we got to the tophat and sat there for a minute looking at the glow bugs, then fell back down to earth.

Weird.

**It just screams....Ride Me!!**

i have had plenty of dream of coaster and about dragster. most of them were of me flying out of the trains and holding on some how while the train completed its cricuit. one dream i have had a few times involing dragster is sitting in the station waiting to get moved forward for launch.... and in an uneventful thing happens...i actually ride it nothing special but the ride its self...another one is dragster turns out to be a really lame kiddie ride...guess i am thinking to far ahead when they come out with the first coaster oover 1000 ft and an oxygen tank!

I had another dream a while ago. I was on MF in the front seat :) when suddenly the safety bar unlocked and I flew out of the train. I somehow managed to grab the back of the train as it went by, and I was dragged behind the ride( floating above the track).

CP Fanatic Forever!!!

I've actually had two dreams about TTD, which were both sorta weird. In the first one, I was at Cedar Point on opening day. I was yelling at my family to move on and get in line for Dragster because I was worried we wouldn't get on it. We first went on Wicked Twister, which was not normal and hard to describe. After that, we moved over to TTD and were watching it from the midway. One of the trains launched and didn't make it up the tower. It rolled back, slammed into another train that was waiting to be launched, and knocked it off the track. The train flew over the midway and landed in the bumper cars. I never got to ride it in that dream.

In the second one, we got to Cedar Point and the ride was actually only 50 feet tall. However we found out that this was only the kiddie version of the ride and the real version was on the other end of the park. Then we went to the other end and found out TTD was a actually a really tall water ride.

This Dream about TTD was intersting. I was sitting somewhere outside the park. I remember looking behind me and seeing TTD testing. But as soon as the train came down from the top it either turned sideways and flew off the track or just flew off somehow. I was thinking whats going on with this ride. I went up to the station, and I saw that the woring doing a worst case scenario thing. Like what would happend if this hapened. It really freaked me out at the begining.

I had a dream once about MF it was crazy. You started off in the same way but instead of the second hill curving towards the park it went over the lake and had a jump in it. Also the train was a bobsled train. It was awesome.

I had this really twisted dream about TTD, in which as soon as you hit bottom after comming back down, the whole ride would fall over forwards, so that the close to the ground track you were just riding on became a behemoth several times taller than the main tower itself. The turn into the station then became a massive wall ride, the I woke up. Crazy, but sounds cool.

AHH hehe I was not going to post my latest dream, but since someone else re-birthed this topic, here goes:

So I dreamed that my friends and I went to Cedar Point . . . and we were, of course, heading to Top Thrill Dragster. But instead of queues, there were underground tunnels that you walked through to get into rides -- and TTD shared a tunnel with Magnum. As we walked by the branch that headed towards TTD, I saw a sign saying "15 minute wait," but we went and rode Magnum first. :( Then, we walked towards TTD, but that's all that happened.

I know its not possible because of the water table (?) at Cedar Point, but underground stuff would be cool!

The old rider had a dream too.
I went to the park to ride ttd but it wasnt done yet so they were giving tours short little rides around the base then you could get out and walk about and look . Not strange you say ???
Its what i saw from the railing of ttd.
A new coaster being built it had just the lift hill in bright colors reds green yellows . beside it was a steam locomotive under construction ,being rebuilt for display i guess. on this side me there was a another piece of track with a coaster train on it and the ride operator was showing how he could tip it roll it and bounce it around while people were riding on it very real with colors and the smell of hydrolic oil and by way the top of ttd was in the CLOUDS low ceiling. it was fun to be there.

I just had a dream two nights ago but I didn't see this topic that day. It was a fun dream, but not much happened. I was just riding the mean streak in the front seat and it was smooth like the gemini. It was a cloudy day, and I put my hands up. Then the ride ended and I woke up. That's all, but it felt so real.

Too bad it wasn't millennium force...

I thought I'd try to bring new life to this thread since it's been a while since it has been replied too. I had a dream about ttd last night. I was riding toward the front of the train and at the top of the tophat there was a set of breaks in case of an e-stop. the train was stopped at the top but because I was in the front of the train we were already dangling down the drop side of the coaster. I started sliding out of my seat and all the people around me had to hold me in for probably a half hour until they got the ride fixed. When I finally got off the ride I swore I would never ride it again, and was angry when I did not get any ride again passes for my near fatality.

Anyone else have a TTD dream in the last month or so?

never about TTD, but i have had some where i went in during offseason, and i have had some where i felt like i was there, but the coasters were like 3 feet tall, it stil felt real, and i rememberin the dream i shouted, "no more dreams, im there" then i woke up. I was very pissed off for a little while...

well vanessa, i would like to thank you for having the guts to start a topic like this. Im sure aftet you woke up you felt like you were the only person in the world so addicted to CP that you had a dream....which makes me ask, everyone reply if after you woke up from a dream of CP they felt like the only dumb*** in the world addicted enough to have a dream.

MANTIS ROCKS 2002 & 2003

I had a dream just the other night where i was at CP for my first time ever (so the layout of the park was all messed up), and i was in line for TTD when a train didn't quite make it over the top hat and started to roll back, but just as the train started to roll back another train was launched and crashed into the other train causing a huge explosion sending pieces of debris into the queue area.

I've had other dreams about Cedar Point before, but they are all weird and hard to explain.

I had a nightmare about it, I was getting on it and I everything was going fine until we went over the hill when i flew out of the seat cause the lapbar didnt want to hold me in:-( And the scary part is I had this dream long before I even knew that they wouldnt have the over the shoulder restraints that I expected them to have! So now Im terrified to ride it!!!!!!!!
