Travel Channel

How many entered for the Travel Channel special on Onpoint? I signed on for Sunday. Hope I can go, that would be cool.

I signed up, but only for Sunday because of work, but I hope I win for the experience and the fun of saying "hey that's me".

I registered for all three days. I will be visiting that weekend anyway, so fingers crossed :)

I know. Since Travel Channel had 3 or 4 new shows about coasters this year I always watch and wish I could be on tv. Might have a chance!

I managed to sign up for all three days before it was closed, hopefully I'll get picked. Spending the day at Cedar Point and being on T.V would be awesome. *crosses fingers* :)

Does anyone know if this special is going to just be about Cedar Point or another one of those shows with just one or two coasters?

Not really sure what the show will be about. More than likely they will shoot a lot and use it in more than one special, at least I'd guess that would be the case.

To be honest I'm curious.. It seems like they should have stock footage with almost everything they need for the bigger rides. But if it's just a show about Cedar Point... I'm excited. :)

They haven't said what rides will specifically be involved in the shooting yet. But, preliminary indications are that Top Thrill Dragster, Millennium, maXair, Power Tower, Skyhawk, and maybe more. This is of course all subject to change. Lets just hope the weather holds out.
