Well sorta...
I just recently figured out how to use No Limits and Have been working on a "Maverick" layout for a good 6-8 hours. Im far from done, but I did start off with what we already know track layout wise. The beginning is entirly my thought (although Im sure it will be different). The layout is also not TOTALLY to scale, it might be a bit spread out to be honest. Here it is....

I also wasnt to sure if I should have put this in the Mock Up thread... Lately It seems that things get lost in that thread, and well this is just too sweet, haha!
If you want me to move it, I will ;)

Ahhh... Muse.. By the way the song is called Knights of Cydonia.
From what is known of the coaster, yours seems pretty accuarate. You left out the section where the swan boats were.
^^ I know , cause im not done yet ;)

No leave this thread all to itself. Mock-ups lost topic a long time ago. Plus this isn't neccesarily a mock-up more like a video, so i say keep it here and add as more pics come up and the ride nears completion.
Btw, I think this is an awesome representation on what project 2007 may be so far. Obviously the water part you left out which is good. No need to try and just bs it, let them build it and you can animate it.
Nice Job!
^^ Yea, thats my plan

Good plan, with all the flaming and useless threads posted here, it's nice to see someone went through a lot of work before posting here.
I think the bunny hill and zig zag are after the corkscrew....thats how I think he is going the wrong way
BTW it will have a lift hill
I dont think so... the way the supports are lined up, that would be to painfull to have enough speed to get through all the elements.

Plus the height of the elements descends after the hill?
Good job & idea, add as construction progresses.
Wow, nice replica :).
But i really hope Maverick isnt going to be like this, because this doesnt look very thrilling.
Btw, how did you record this in No Limits?
invertigo, I don't have no-limits and I have no idea how it works. So please don't flame me if I'm wrong here, but if you mean that you hope it doesn't have the launch right before the S-Turn, BGRooDoG probably has to put something there or how else would he make the coaster go.
If your refering to any other part of the layout, your out of luck. That is exactly what it looks llike. The only way it could be different is if it goes the other direction.
Until they build more of the ride there is no way to know for sure wether this is at the begining middle or end of the ride.
<edit>Oh by the way, I love the video. Maverick is really coming along nicely.

that is a great mockup and video. i tried to build the same thing in rct3 and it just didnt turn out right. keep up on the good work.
Nice ride video. Cannot wait until we get more of the coaster up so you can add more to the video. Especially the swan lake portion!!
As for the LIM launch, right on, except how it might transition from the end of the launch into the rest of the coaster, that may change.
However, the direction you are going right now, seems the most logical, since the train would need that speed to get over that bunny hill.
In addition, isn't there a set speed factor for those loops? Some type of threshold that these trains cannot over reach? I thought I read somewhere were 45mph was the maximum for zero-rolls and the cobra roll. If I'm wrong, please correct me.
Keep up the good work in NL and I'm looking forward to seeing more of your work once more track is laid out.
When are they going to start building the mountains that are way off in the distance? No wonder they started so early building this project. It's going to take all winter to drain Lake Erie!!!
