Yup. The Iron Dragon crew dispatches trains on average about once every one minute and ten seconds (That's fast!)

I'd like to work WT - but only because I think it would be fun to speil and throw people off on the launch. catch them off guard. but also, TTD and Raptor would be good fun. Don't really feel the need to work on MF, I wonder how Maverick will be. has anyone ever worked on opening day for a new rollercoaster? is it hectic? man, I can't wait. Its taking too long for those apps to come out!

Another thing to remember is that the ride you are on doesn't make your summer. It's the crew and the people you meet that make your summer special. I was cross trained at almost every ride in Zone 4 and for the most part they were fun.

I was at Mean Streak all summer (besides a few days here and there) and I loved my crew and the ride, it gets a bad rep, but you learn to love it. But working Mean Streak was just as fun as working Skyhawk was. I loved working at each ride equally. The main reasons b eing I had friends on both crews so it makes the time go by so much faster, and you just end up having a good time all around.

yea, i really make mean streak a fun place to work...me me me me me me...if it werent for me me me me me me me me me, then mean streak would not be fun...me me me me...me me me...did I mention me??? tell em ray, tell em how cool i am....

I don't know Ray. I think John is pretty cool most of the time. However, I don't think that John was probably the whole reason that Mean Streak was so much fun. I mean you also had people like Adam, Barb, and of course my old roommate and the most amazing Liz. LOL!!

Girl! You forgot about your's truly and an one Matt Fown! However one great part of that crew was the greatness that was R n' B! (Ray and Barb) John doesn't suck though, I heart that boy... way big! ...lol... Have to be on our crew to get that one! But I did love our crew and miss each and everyone of them even we we did have our differences, I still don't think I would have rather been on any other crew for my first year!

Well not only do I miss my crew, I miss all of you! Even you Sam :)

Eh, I'd have to say WildCat's pretty physically demanding, in the unload position. When the cars would stick way back in our station brakes this past summer, we would have to physically pull them up to the unload brakes. Unload the car, move the car forward, sometimes hold the car until the car in the idle wheel was moved up...back and forth, back and forth, haha. I loved it, though.

The best ride to work at is Turnpike cars...although they can get pretty much get rid of Calypso because nobody ever wants to work that thing, especially on very hot days!

I worked Maxair, Camp Snoopy, Wicked Twister, Iron Dragon, and Monster/Witches Wheel last season and I have got to say that Turnpikes definitely works the best for me. You are constantly walking/running around which I prefer rather than a ride like Wicked Twister or Maxair where you check seatbelts and harnesses and then stand in one place for a few minutes doing nothing in a spot away from your other co-workers. At Turnpikes you have constant interaction with your fellow co-workers...you can joke around and laugh with them all day long, you can also walk around and talk to the guests in line, you can be lazy and sit around and let your other co-workers drive the cars up to the station (just kidding).

But remember, this is all personal preference. Someone could absolutley enjoy working here (like I do!!!) or someone may prefer working at WT or somewhere else.

I know exactually what you mean. I spent most of my summer at Wicked Twister and a few days at 7 other rides in Zone 1. I would have to say for me I loved working at Wicked Twister the most, but thats me.

I already have my dream job. And I get to work all the rides and not worry about guests or training to run them!
