I'll be at Last Chance again!!! I can't wait to see everybody.

Ok Smootches I didn't wanna have to hurt your feelings but I see your stuck on thinking Stockade is really that good. First of all your only the second best stand in area 3 because I was being generous. I also have a lot of friends there and really didn't wanna have to hurt anyones feelings there. Lets take it to the proof. Happy Frair has been voted the number one quick service location in the park two years running now by the guests. Stockade doesn't even make the list. Don't believe me ask your co supervisor and he'll tell you. Second lets just be brutally honest Stockade has been run so bad the last two years it's disrespectful to the foods division. Between Stowers and Patrick (from 02) the stockade employees know very lil about food operations. I found that out through running the place for a day. And I have respect for you and Dave and I wish you the best but you have been trained by absolute idiots and are portrayed to follow in their footsteps. Do you know how many problems and complaints you have had about the employee center? Just read some of the posts around here and you will hear the dislike for Stockade and its employees. Not to mention I have one of the highest returning employee percentage in area 3 this year and maybe in Happy Frair history. That says something about the location. I take very lil credit for what goes on down there I'm just the guy on top thats gets yelled at. You two will have to get in there and change things around. Like I said I was being generous to put you over Last Chance and Chuck Wagon. Take the number 2 as a compliment but use it to drive you to accomplish more.

Stockade was NOT run like crap last year! Stowers pulled through, IMO. They had their weak moments, but every stand had plenty of those.

Blah blah employee center complaints... that place is run with like 3 people who all moved as quickly as they could without f'ing up anyones order, anyone who complains simply doesn't know what it's like back there. If we had a bigger employee center that'd be another story.

HF's operation was tighter than any XXX metaphor I could think of, though. That shiznit was very very good at the end of the year, an enormous improvement over the year previous (I think Mr. Aaron still has the video of when I actually yelled at the sup from that year).

I think I gave Stockade my best overall stand last year, didn't I? Whatever. It'll be interesting to visit you kids and see who's rockin' who.

Wow, I am not feeling the area three love. You need not worry about hurting my feelings. I would like a little insight on what exactly you are your rating are based on. I am glad that in your humble opinion we outrank the stand where half of staff got fired for "borrowing" or the only stand to my knowledge that got caught in a signal 24. I will agree that Stocade had some issues, especially during the cartel era, which is one of the reasons why I was glad to get promoted. I will even give you credit for being rated one for the best quick service locations. However, you also serve one of the number one food items in the park and that is prett much it. Your stand is roughly the same size as ours but you sell less that half of the things that we do. The employee center seems to be your big thing that you want to point to as one of our faults but that was just the way what piece of crap was set up, my dorm room at school is bigger than the employee center and im not trying to feed all the employees in the back of the park. More than three people working in there was just chaos and all the rides would send people on breaks at the same time which sounds like a personal problem to me.

Oh wow, you had a high retention rate, maybe that was because most people from this stand got either promoted or sent to so many other stands. This never was anything to take personal, I had friends in a lot of other stands in the the area. Stockade doesn't do to bad in the returning area by the way. We were a very united group of people, sure we were mostly united against out oppressors, but unity is unity. We were the originators of the 3unit, we had love for each other at work and after work. We pulled off some high quality things last summer given what we were working with, the ear room was running like clock work most days, we even had the burger room on lock and the stand was on so much cleaner than it ever was my first year.

In conclusion, from what I have seen Happy Friar seems like a decent place to work even though I have never worked there myself. Don't try to pretend that y'all didn't have as much drama as any other stand in the area. As much as is pains me to admit, I dont think that Aaron was a total idiot. There were some times that we were lacking in the leadership department. I have seen good things and bad things from all the sup and even in my job as a sup at school There is no cut and dry formula for leadership, but Dave and I will have to see what kind of miracle that we can pull off this summer. The willingness that we pocess to adapt to any situation and still maintain both our identity and unity. That is why I think that Stockade was and will be the ****. I see great things for us and all of the stands in the coming summer. In the end area three kicks every other areas ass. Isnt that what its all about?

Hi all!!! Ok now I'm sorry but I really have to stick up for my area here. Area 1 and 2 are crap?? Well if you ask me that is a matter of opinion on your part. Did anyone notice the Top ten lists last season?? It wasn't area 3 at the top of the list every week. I was just wondering how you justify the other areas are crap?? We all work really hard to be the best. Despite our area number.

Okay okay okay, Enough of this stuff!!!!I agree with Stocadestilllikewhoa!!! You're really losing insight in what is really important. I will tell you Happyfriar and Smootches something. When I was an Unit Supervisor at Los Gatos, Stockade and Happy Friar was a MESS!! People didn't like working there. Shoot, they even nicknamed Happy Friar HAPPY HELL!!! But that all changed when someone became the Area Manager back there!!! He employed supervisors that could change things around. Now, from my knowledge, Area Three has never I mean NEVER been in competition with each other!! I said this before too!!! So please lets keep that in mind when the season starts. We're there representing our Area Manager. Not to be against each other. Remember, we're a reflection of him. If someone from Area 1 or 2 see Stockade and Happy Friar going at it, what do that make us look like. And I am really happy for Happy Friar for given that title two years running. Am I jealous that it wasn't Last Chance? No, I was happy because I was working in the Area that received that recognition. Now, lets not forget the Top Ten list. Theres at least three locations in Area three that made that list every Saturday. Thats Stockade, Happy Friar and Last Chance!! ANd sometimes Round Up was on there. Happy Friar do your stand a favor, Worry about beating Hot Potatoe!!! Happy does have the best fries. I wouldn't eat fries anywhere but at Happy Friar. ANd Stockade, worry about beating Corral or even Coasters maybe even Sweet and Treats. I wouldn't eat an Elephant Ear nowhere but Stockade. Please no more competition here!!!

Ya know Last Chance would've beaten out Red Garter a few times if it weren't for, errr, extenuating circumstances. Are you at chance again, D?

Wow, people are making this into some real hostility between our stands. That was not the purpose at all. Both our stands are the shizznit. I took the original posting as a challenge to all show are stuff and live up to the excellence of our area. Just a little competion between friends, cause its not like any of the other areas will have a chance this summer.

Well, there Smootches, I agree with your last post. Sometimes a little competition between friends can get pretty HOSTILE if you know what I mean. I just wanted to get my point across. We're the best AREA!!! So lets just stick together and prove. And yes AreaRew, I am back at Last Chance!!! Gotta go people and I can't wait to see all of you there.

I know what you mean. I am not trying to work in a hostile environment okay. I am the Sup at Last Chance. I was there last season too. But my biggest concern was running a location to the best of my ABILITY. I had no real desire in beating you guys. Now, your crew and Last Chance crew was pretty cool with each other. Was you there last season?

Yes I was there last season. I'm sure nothing bad was meant by it its all cool. We all tried our best some things just got out of hand if you know what i mean. We tried to be nice to you guys except on Saturdays then all bets were off. HAHA just kiddin.

The last time I checked, Area 2 kicks Area 3's butt all the time. Money wise, bronze certified employees, guest compliments etc. I don't consider area 2 or Area 1 crap for that matter. We all have those opinions becuase of the area one works in, but lets stick to the facts. lol. And area 2 definatly isn't ran like crap either... we have Heather Vance and the best areas in the park. : )

i guess that didn't sound so great haha... well I mean Area 3 Does have it's perks and does do a good job. We all have friends in other areas and i know that Area 3 does do good as well. We shoudln't be fighting each others areas lol, but instead the other departments . Us foodlings have to stick together. Just everyone do your best this summer!

Based on what you just said, you have made it painfully apparent that you have no idea what you're talking about or what context it's being talked about in. Area 2 and area 3 never competed, and when we did, it was in good fun. I miss the areas from area 2. But when you make a comment like that though, it backs up the old adage that you can't see the forest from the trees. Don't troll.

I know that Area 2 and Area 3 have never competed, except for battle saturday's for the top ten list. I made myself clear about area three being a good area. I was just referring to the top ten list as in competing wise. I am very well aware what the context is being aware of thanks!!! I think i've been here long enough to know lol... i hope that is plainfully clear for you... i was just sticking up for my area...... just like we all do.
