More or less, but there are no guarantees as to where or who or anything, so you might still have to look around. Like, you may go to the dorms and they say they're full -- the "reservations" only reserve a bed, not necessarily any particular one.

So does anyone have pictures of the housing? Where is the off point ones located?

The off point housing is located by the last traffic light on your way down the causeway, if your going towards cedar point then they would be on your left, the prison camp looking thing is commons, and across the street is bayside.
