That's awesome! The cabin slams into the top of the tower right before impacting the ground. I wonder if someone was able to catch a view of the implosion from the top of Windseeker?

Since the park wasn't operating today, I highly doubt it. Unless a maintenance worker was up there.

Yes, that is what I implied. I meant maintenance or other employee, not a park guest, since obviously the park was closed and the moose out front should have told them ;)

When Six Flags over Texas did their Wildcatter (an Intamin 1st gen. freefall) im/explorsion, they took video of it from many different points, including their oil derrick tower. I was curious if someone from CP would do the same.

Excellent beach video from CP of the whole thing coming down, love how the cabin slams into the top before impact. Must have been awesome watching that in person, this is Hildebrandt the Destroyer's best work yet!

Last time I heard they were still deciding on the area around the station.
