Saturday, October 11th

Working Hofbrau with 3 people that day was hard enough we had a 30 minute line from 12 noon to 1 am. People had the nerve to say we were slow, an that they could do better.

I just have to say that I appreciate all of you CP Employees that worked hard to make everyone's day enjoyable, no matter how long the lines were :-D

hahaha.....i remember this day! I was by myself at the photo booth ALL DAY long! Started at 11am didn't get out till about 1:45am. I couldn't even leave to go to the bathroom because us ride photo people didn't have any extras to cover (though someone did finally show up if your wondering! hehe!).I felt bad for our supervisor.....he was going nuts! There was like 1 person at each location...even at dragster photos our silver tag had to be on a register and work with the TL of dragster because there wasn't anyone else to cover. Also I hate impatient people....when you see i'm the only one at the place and there's a huge line waiting to get photos and about ten other pictures pouring out of the printers...you'll just have to wait! Ugh...that day was pretty bad, but I made some really good money selling pictures at raptor! :). Infact it was the most money we have made all season long! It was a lil close to $4,000 :).

That day was incredible! I have never seen so many people.. all of the cars we parked was amazing. Then when the park closed our ride prides left in the middle with out telling any one! AHHH!! It was horrible. But the rest of the time was fun.
That day will go down in the record books!!! I worked at Camp Snoopy that day and I had lines all the way out of every one of my entrances. Even at Red Baron which never gets a line! It was an amazing day. We also had to work with ride prides that didn't follow any rules, that I trained them. It was terrible!!!

Wow, what a day. I was so thankful for the boosters we had, some of them voluntarily took shorter breaks so they could help and then they didn't want to leave when they were sopposed to. I still get a rush when I think of how hard we all worked to get the job done.

It was a very interesting day. From how busy the park was on the night before, I knew Saturday was going to be insane. I really wish that we would've been able to run 3 trains to see how high our numbers could have been.

I've worked at the park for 3 years and I have to say that was one of the most active days that I have ever seen. Everyone was under a lot of pressure and we were all so short on staff, but I would like to say that I think my crew, along with a lot of other crews, did a wonderful job in dealing with all of the guests and the different things that happened. I think that was the day that my ride prides lost my DOR at 4pm. I didn't find it until, like, 10ishpm and it was in the bushes next to Super, covered in snails. I remember bringing it back to Corkscrew going "Look at this! Snails ate the f$%^ing DOR! Snails!!" My crew thought it was funnny but I didn't:) just thought I'd share. I'm laughing at least :-)
