Wonder when we will start seeing vertical construction. Sometime in July?

Since all the demolition work is done, my guess would be around September or October.

I think that would add the excitement of the Fall besides the screamsters that roam the park. I hope they add some peak holes around that time so I can get my camera ready. ;)

They could start as soon as August right after an announcement.

I find it a little strange because the last two Cedar Fair coasters have had at least some of their footers poured by announcement time. But I suppose its up to the park to decide on a construction schedule.

How do you know they haven't started already?

^Well if you're being literal, I don't think they have. When I was last there I went on the SkyRide and saw nothing in the construction zone in the way of footers. Maybe something I can't see has gone on? Possibly.

Who is to say that they are going to build in that area this year, could they not just being using area to throw us off and build there next year. While everyone looks there they start building somewhere else in the park and no one is the wiser

I'm sort of on the fence here of If they start construction on a new roller coaster this Fall, that's good, but If not that's cool too. Why can't we just enjoy the nice beautiful grass that's over by Blue Streak? I'm hoping they bring back a new theater in that area so we can see Snoopy Rocks on ice. That would be cool.

Oh gosh... I literally laughed out loud at that...

Just as a curiosity. On my may into CP Saturday, i noticed the billboard on St. Rt. 2 about Roug. It said it was CP's "first floorless coaster" Am I permitted to read into that to say that there will be more floorless coasters at CP? Is a B&M Drop coaster considered floorless?

Here's how to do it:

Step 1: Download the picture to your computer. (Right-Click, Save-As)

Step 2: Upload it to Imgur... There's other services, but Imgur is the most popular and reliable. http://imgur.com/

Step 3: Once it uploads you'll see a page like this: http://imgur.com/gMBYrwl

Step 4: Click on the picture you just uploaded. That will take you here: http://i.imgur.com/gMBYrwl.jpg

Step 5: On PointBuzz, click the picture icon in the reply box. It's the square with the mountains and sun.

Step 6: Paste the Imgur url (in this case http://i.imgur.com/gMBYrwl.jpg) into the box that pops up. The URL should end in something like .jpg, .png, or .gif.

Step 7: HIt OK.
