lol yeah. Was a great day in the park, wasn't it?

It was a great day! It was warm and sunny!

TTD first time all the way. I was so scared to death practically but I promised myself that I would go for it. I did and man!

Great '06 season! Can't wait for many more memories in '07!

Clone, that "scream run" was definately a lot of fun. It was great to meet some of you and hang out for some rides. Also, one of my best trips this year had to be Coastermania and the extended ERT on MF. It was such a blast riding until 1 am.

I have not posted in a while, but felt compelled to join this somewhat sentimental discussion.

June 2, 2006

-Having a relatively short wait for Top Thrill Dragster

-Smelling that awesome smell of the french fries and funnel cakes for the first time since the year before

July 3, 2006

-The four of us rode Snake River Falls and teased two cute young girls in the row ahead of us for trying to keep their cell phones dry by holding them in their hands during the ride, and trying to blow them dry afterwards

-Downing a pizza for dinner while the Raptor flew overhead - now that's living.

-A "fun" ride home where we just shot the breeze about what we did during the day.

I love lamp.

one last ride on Ocean Motion. A time to be always treasured.

Am I the only one who sees the humor in treasuring a ride on a swinging pirate ship? :)

Thanks, I'm here all week.

Your gain is our loss. ;)

My author website: mgrantroberts.com.

My fondest memory is that I finally got back to the Point after a 6 year (the longest in my life) absence from the park. And I even got to go there two times this summer (for a total of three fun filled days). The place is still awsome and I'm looking forward to planning a trip again next year.

In addition, I found out that my girlfriend enjoys roller coasters as much (maybe even more) than I do.

Finally, the fondest memory is my last ride of the season (which happened in early August) was a brakeless, end of the night ride in the back car of Magnum. I love that ride just as much as the first time I rode it.

...and enjoy the rest of your day at Cedar Point, The Am-aaaa-zement park!

My version of 2006 was cool because for the fist time this year, I was able to spend the night and do a 2 day trip. And I did it twice in the same season. I did it once on Opening Weekend and then later in August. I managed to also squeeze in 2 more visits this year then last year to equal a total of 9 trips, which is my average anyway, but it was difficult for me to go last year with my finances. I still had financial trouble this year and was able to go. Good For me!!

This was cool, my first ride of the year was Millennium Force. And speaking of Millennium Force. This was the first time ever that I've ridden Millennium Force and came back to the brake run with nothing but bugs all over me. I guess that night there happened to be just a swarm of bugs over the lagoon.

This was also my first season taking My girlfriend who I've spent a year with dating wise. She likes roller coasters just as much as I do, which is awesome for me. That has to be my fondest memory is being able to take someone that I enjoy being with like almost everyday to Cedar Point. Great Season Cedar Point, and don't worry your numbers will get higher in 2007. Great season 2006.

Hey I rode the Dragster twice that day! A lot of my friends chickened out tho.

When there was a Single Seat on Dragster open, and I was a single rider. The ride OP called for a single rider, and I won!!!! I got to skip the whole hour wait for Front Row.
