Anyone wanna take the opportunity to share their fondest moments of the '06 season.
I would like to say I'm sorry for not getting down there to say goodbye. I feel so helpless. I never even went to visit her this season. Some believe in reincarnation, and I believe she'll be back bigger and better than ever next season. R.I.P. Cedar Point 2006.
I'm too sexy for my harness!
My favorite moment of the season was losing my cell phone on the dragster at Coastermania. I got it back in one piece 8 hours later!!
^haha My favorite moment about this season was when i went a whole bunch of friends and one of them kicked there shoe of the raptor at my one friend that didnt like roller coasters.
Bring back Boblo!
My fondest memory was going June 3rd for a band trip. That was also the first time I ate at Midway Market. That day was the best, except for a while we lost a member of our group but she did come back.
'04-'12:CP/Platinum Season Passholder
I'll always remember Fright Fest and just how great I thought it was. Riding Skyhawk for the first time was also memorable.
Thrills Around the Corner!
My favorite memories of this year, were going for my 8th grade trip on June 6th. It was a blast! Also taking my mom on Dragster for the first time a week later, when I went with the fam.
Another great season goes down in history.
I'm just glad 2007 is inching near, for many, many reasons.

2008:Magnum XL-200 | Top Thrill Dragster
2007:Corkscrew | Magnum XL-200 | Maverick
Capping off a fun-filled day at Cedar Point with 6 rides on Magnum and one on Dragster right before the 11 pm closing. The headache I ended up with was well worth the price.
Hail to the Victors
FINALLY getting to ride Top Thrill Dragster - I was a single rider and ended up meeting someone else from St. Louis in line. He too was a single since his kids didn't want to ride with him... He and I went to the same Jr. High together.
Looking forward to "07" Season - The first year I get a season pass.
Did anyone else witness the CARDINALS take advantage of every misplay that the Tigers had???? sorry JuggaLotus!!! *** Edited 10/30/2006 2:06:37 AM UTC by Screamin Eagle2***
Please remain seated until the ride comes to a complete AND final stop.....
First rides on Millennium, Mantis, Raptor, Wicked Twister, maXair, Skyhawk, and Mean Streak. Still got Dragster though!
Mine would be, when me and my dad did a marothon on Dragster. We got 5 rides in 1 1/2 hours, the first two times was a walk-on to the back seat. That was fun!!
Quote from a Corkscrew ride op, "And Dragster is down again"
Fondest moment? That's easy, June 2nd, finally fitting Millennium Force, front seat. An amazing ride that was well worth loosing some weight over last off season.
Second fondest? Getting my cousin on Top Thrill Dragster. In 2005, he bluntly refused to ride it, but this year I managed to talk him onto it. The look on his face was priceless.

This is just a few things that I thought up in a half hour..
Mentionable Momments in 2006 (not in any particular order):
-Coming back for the 6th consecutive year.
-Bringing my best friend for the first time, dragging her on Dragster first. Her facial expression was priceless. :)
-Going through WereWolf Canyon for the first time
-Getting a spooky themed hotel suite.
-Smelling the "smell" of Hotel Breaker's loby again.
-Getting the last ride of Dragster of the night, front row. When the ride was coming to an end, fireworks were going everywhere from Hot Summer Lights. Red train!
-Rolling out on to the launch bay of Dragster, and out of no where it started pouring the biggest rain drops I've ever seen. The train in front of us launches (we were the second train to launch, I like second train better to watch the train in front of us go). I was by myself in the front row, and we roll out into "launch position." The engines rev up and I'm already soaked, and then the engines quit. We sit there for about 5 minutes, and then get rolled back into the station. So technically, I kind of got my first rollback this season too! ;)
-Realizing how great Magnum truely is, now my 3rd favorite coaster in the park.
-Figuring out my Top 5 rollercoasters of CP, finally. #1)Millennium Force. #2)Top Thrill Dragster. #3)Magnum. #4)Raptor. #5)Blue Streak.
-Eating those "smoothies" they sold at those stands around the park. I thought those were the greatest things I've ever eaten.
-Getting through all the fright zones/haunted houses in one night except for Pharoh's Secret, we wanted to get on other stuff instead. Got in Pharoh's Secret the next day.
-Getting a Millennium Force vinyl banner they hang around the park. Best souviner I've ever boughten.
-Getting a Millennium Force model.
-Buying a TTD poster, if I look at it, I normally stare at it for about 15 minutes.
-Winning a bunch of stuffed animals from the claw machines at Hotel Breakers. They all say Cedar Point on them, too.
-Getting small Millennium Force, Top Thrill Dragster, and Wicked Twister bears.
-Going to Castaway Bay for the first time.
-Waiting in line for Millennium Force for 2 1/2 hours. Haven't done that in a while! I don't mind waiting in long lines, makes the ride seem more exciting once you get on to me.
-Getting a last ride of the night on Millennium Force.
-Staying out till 1AM just riding rides all night (and morning) long.
-Watching Maverick "grow." Guessing, and reading the guesses, was a lot of fun, too. Can't wait to ride it next year.
-Bringing my cousin to CP for the first time.
-Meeting a friend for the first time at CP.
-BooBuzz ERT, going behind the scenes in the costume room of the screamsters.
-Seeing Dick Kinzel
-Just enjoying another great (probably the greatest in my opinion) year of Cedar Point.
195 days till 2007, haha.
My best memory of 2006: Visiting CP for the first time!!!
Two things I'll always remember about that trip: my first TTD launch (better than KK, no question) and my first trip down MF's crazy first drop.
It's funny, because two weeks ago I was at SFGAdv for Fright Fest (I don't know why I keep going back there, it gets worse every time...) and I was in line for Nitro. The people guy front of us was raving nonstop about how huge and intense Nitro's drop is. And I thought about MF and smiled.
It's always time for a Cedar Point road trip!
