Ride Painting

I know that Millennium is finishing up its painting this year. What was the last coaster to get repainted? What do you think the next one will/should be? How often do they get repainted?

Apparently, Dragster is next according to what was said at the pointbuzz tour.

Dragster is really in need or new paint, so hopefully that is true

Dragster would look very pretty with a new coat on it...however I wish they could do something to augment that black buildup on the white section of track..I doubt there will ever be s fix or possibly switching that to red and the section before and after white or something but meh...but it should look good to have a nice bit of shine to it...I remember how good it looked brand new..man it had some gloss

Dragster really does need it. The yellow is looking very faded.

^^That will always be a problem. That black buildup is grease and whatnot from the feeder wheels. The only solution is an occasional powerwash.

Do you see them continuing the red/white on the launch or just making it all red?

Dragster needs it the most bug I thought Wicked Twister would be first on their list. Especially because it can be completed in a few months compared to three years for Millennium.

While I see Raptor being painted in the near future due to the large amount of fecal matter it has accumulated, I almost wouldn't want to see that happen. It's just kind of become part of the paint job! But Dragster definitely is faded...

I agree that TTD is the coaster most in need of a paint job. WT, I'd argue, doesn't really look any "worse" faded, whereas TTD most certainly does.

Also, in addition to the track, TTD's queue and station could use some paint / sprucing up as well.

I do agree that Dragster needs a paint job more than Wicked Twister does. I wonder if they could get that pain job done in only one off-season.

It'd be the same as it is now......I'd assume. No need to change what already works. :)

I saw a photoshop once of dragster where the tower was painted blue, it looked pretty awesome.

I like the blue. Better than the current yellow.

No.....please god no. It looks like "Merica: The Ride".

I think the tower is fine the way it is and I'd personally prefer it stay that way. But if I had to, I'd vote (as I always have) for a dark grey color tower.

Ew it looks like a Superman ride.

^^Blue Streak was just repainted last season

I think Mean Streak is in need of a paint job. ;)
