Well, then, you start work the week of training week. Therefore, that is when you will process-in. Your contract, when it arrives in the mail, will tell you when you will process-in. It'll be the day before your first contracted day of work. This is the earliest you can process in.

^ 90% true. However, I personally have been in HR a few times when an employee arrived 3-4 days early. HR will contact your department and ask if it's okay for you to process in early. Sometimes they'll say yes, sometimes, they'll say no. I wouldn't suggest risking it, though.. Cuz, hotels in Sandusky aren't cheap.

Yes, but those instances aren't planned instances. It's different once the person has actually arrived on site. Officially, however, you can't process in more than 24 hours in advance. Do other circumstances arise, yes, but they're far from the majority.
