Planet Snoopy, Will it be Done Opening Day?

I think it will be done if they go full out and work from 6am - about 7pm or longer each day.....If not then i guess we have a problem on CP hands. :P

They've started working on it again today so it will most likely be done. Looking from the webcam the only things left to do are install the rides and do some landscaping, which doesn't take long at all. They'll be done with time to spare.

Well Planet Snoppy seems to be coming al ong. I too have been watching the PS cam.

Does anyone know what the blue thing is closest to the cam is? I think it could be a sign or something but I honestly have no clue what it is...

It might be the backdrop frame for Snoopys Space Race Here. I'm not sure how everything is placed so I might be totally off.

Don't panic everyone, I've been back to work since March 24th at the Snoopy Boutique, and Planet Snoopy is right behind our store. The workers are really doing a great job getting the whole thing ready. The midways are pretty muddy, but I have no doubt it will be ready for opening day, so relax, and enjoy watching on the webcams. I can see it first hand, and it's looking good!

How come you had to start back this early? I know you said you worked at a Gift shop but what do you have to do right now though?
Yeah from looking at the cameras and seeing the last couple blogs from onpoint it looks like they'll have this thing up when opening day hits. I think we have 42 more days until Cedar Point opens for the season. The crews will work overtime if they have to just to get it ready for Opening day. :)

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm guessing the early start is mainly for training and stocking purposes.

In all everything will be ready for the season on May 10th. Alot can be done in just 39 days. Heck, Millennium is already nearly ready for testing.

There's a lot of things that have to be done before park opening. In merchandise we have to get over 50 locations ready, and they get pretty dusty during the winter, so cleaning is a big thing for us. Plus, we have to check in and put out all the merchandise for the upcoming season. We want everything to be perfect for our guests on opening day.

I believe Craig is correc. Also, in the web cam screen capture, you can actually see the Snoopy Space Race on the right side.
