Tony and Tyler seem fairly optimistic as usual, posting pictures of the "frames" of some rides and more dirt. I sure hope they get it completed by opening day, but it's almost April!

Ron Paul 2008/2012!
PS will be open on time, it is only a concrete and landscaped area with kids rides. That will not take long, late today they moved the first ride in. I could not see if it went into it's permanent spot or not, but it is next to the Happy Frier as in the artist drawing.

The majority of Planet Snoopy is concrete [insert concrete jungle joke here]. The rest is electrical and plumbing (already done I believe), a couple small structures (doesn't take very long), and the rides (all prebuilt; carnivals pull this off every week).I would not concerned.
Although, they still have to work on getting Skyscraper built and MaXair worked on; they still have plenty of time to get Planet Snoopy finished. I totally agree with Craig, carnys gets mess like that up in no time....hmmm, thats an idea....maybe we should bring carnys in to get the job done... :-)
I would hope they have dental insurance to take care of that. :) Speaking of carnies, I'll never forget my 5 year old cousin asking what that funny smell was in the air surrounding the campers at the back of the county fair. Makes you wonder how safe those carnival rides are...being constantly re- and disassembled by stoned or drunk carnies. :)

I love how this is about Planet Snoopy and we're getting all giggly talking about carnies...haha. It does make you wonder though, because they are not taken care of like they are supposed to. I think thats why I stopped going to the fair where I live, thats just like death waiting to happen. They pull in a place after driving for so many days and then they start assembling that night until wee hours of the morning. Then they constantly work until the week is up, tear it down all in one night and move onto somewhere else. Carnies amaze me...haha. And I also like how my friends at home here call me a professional carny =)
Ok Planet Snoopy is coming along just fine, but I am wondering what this piece of rock work is in the background:

was it there before or is it added for Planet Snoopy?
