Ride nights, being in the park before "the running of the bulls", being in the park after close, the beach, free access to the park early in the season when noone's around, access to SC on those sweltering hot days, and of course, the biggest perk of the job...air conditioning :)------------------

Oh so true with the bull runs, I have seen five different seasons of them and they get better and better.
But what is also a little more interesting is the fact that there are huge lines for the rides before they open. In 1998, I can remember that there was a line almost to the end of the Coliseum (arcade) just for people to get on Power Tower.
Though that is a long line, thats what makes amusement parks so cool and interesting...:)
Other Perks:
> Employee Swim Nights at Soak City
> Games Night
> Meeting friends from other parts of the US and abroad
> The ability to recruit employees if you go back for another season (whether it be the 2nd, 3rd, or 33rd) and tell them your personal experience
> Ability to develop an 'artifical' family while you're up there which you can turn to for support and advice.
Thats all I can think of, nice topic :)
