Was that a question? The description of i-305 as a combination of Maverick and Millennium Force has been around since the ride opened.
Huh I never knew that......strange I have no idea how you could get that? I mean I guess withouth Maverick's inversions.
Maverick. All day. Everyday.

Probably because the inversions are not why people remember Maverick.Millennium Force height & speed

I agree 100%. If they put a couple Stengel dives or crazy direction changing airtime hills in place of the Twisted Horse**** Roll (thank you Siri, I'm leaving it like that) Maverick would have been even more incredible. The inversions feel forced on that ride.

Just what is it about PTC trains that makes wooden coasters rough and painful to ride? I've never understood that.
The answer is in the name:
P - Poorly
T - Turning
C - Cars

Voyage is prone to all of the problems any other wood coaster is, in terms of bad wheels, track maintenance, etc. But while the ride is certainly the most aggressive ride I've ever been on, and not one I'd sit on for hours, I wouldn't describe it as intolerably rough. And to bring it home, it has never been as bad as Mean Streak.
It's also 15 years younger. In 2031 Voyage will be the same age Mean Streak was in 2016. This year (2017) Voyage is the same age Mean Streak was in 2002.

I wonder if the New Frontier Town will be without the Antique Cars. As much as i know kids love these rides, it seems to me that CP is willing to sacrifice these rides due to the low throughput and large footprint. They could put a nice flume there.
I wondered this a few years back. I don't think a water flume ride would fit there, however....what about an updated horse and stagecoach ride(ala Knotts Berry Farm) to where Antique cars currently sits? It would fit the footprint and it would be 50 years exactly (next year) since CP had a similar ride towards the end of 1968 season. Interesting.
Given the recent hints about renovating Frontier Town, what if Mean Streak 2.0 isn't the only new ride addition next year? Could we see an Electro Spin or a Soaring Timbers type flat ride appear to help take some pressure off of what will be huge lines for MS 2.0? Given the history of Cedar Point, there have been times when a coaster and flat ride(s) debuted in tandem including Corkscrew-Troika in 1976, Jumbo Jet-Giant Wheel-Matterhorn-Frontier Carrousel in 1972, and Cedar Creek Mine Ride-Antique Cars in 1969.
There is also a company that does highly themed targeting ranges which would be nice to see once again.
