Just don't act differently around her. I do the same with Dragster whenever I go to another park and ride their coasters.:D

The latest forecast from the NWS in Cleveland is now saying a 50% of showers and storms on Saturday and Sat Night, and a 30% of Sunday. As long as they are scattered, I am still happy......

I doubt we will see SVR in Sandusky this weekend... I think if there is any severe weather it will stay to the south. A decent rain is definitely possible Saturday. Bring your rain gear! ;)

Going out looking for a nice poncho today. I hope they have an awning for the Magnum celbration.. otherwise that's going to be some sloppy cake and ice cream...

I just hope someone here can show us unlucky people who can't go opening weekend some pics of the park.:)
I'll be posting updates from the park as well as getting some pics.

I wouldn't call weather.com one of the more trustworthy weather sources...
The latest from the NWS in Cleveland is saying rain/storms overnight Friday into Saturday Morning. Chances for rain will diminish as the day goes on, and things should clear out by Sat Evening. Sunday looks clear, but a bit cool (highs in the upper 50s).

My boyfriend took Saturday off of work thinking that opening day would be another nice one, but we'll be going Sunday instead since the weather is unstable on Saturday.
Nothing like getting to Cedar Point and have it rain most of the day and all the rides are down, then finding out a day or two later you got sick from the weather.. ugh.
^^Thanks for some odd reason I thought weather.com was powered by the NWS. I guess that saying is right, You do learn something new everyday. :-) I found the link for the forcast from NWS of Cleveland for Sandusky. Thanks Josh for telling me about NWS, but I like my 40% over 70%. :-)

I love Cedar Point when it rains. In fact everytime it does lightly rain, it reminds me of CP. But what doesn't remind me of CP? ;)
Usually when it is a rainy off and on day kind of day, most of the gp leave the park. The rides also open pretty quickly after the rain stops.
"You wanna, you gotta, you hafta hold on, Cedar Point...HOLD ON!"
I'm pretty excited about Saturday's forecast. The crowd should be a little lighter I think. On the contrary, I'm not looking forward to standing at the gate in pouring rain for 2.5 hours before they let me finally run to my beloved Millie! Here's to praying that it doesn't downpour the whole morning...

I dont care what how hard this precipitation comes down on us, I will not leave Dragsters line till she opens. End of story!

Well, PointBuzz has never covered opening day before. Covering Cedar Point's opening day doesn't seem like something PointBuzz should do. I don't know, maybe we should this year - you know, mix it up a little. What do you guys think?
